Scattered Fear
Scattered Fear
She was scared
Searching for a bite of food
To relief her twinge.
A drop of water
To quench her thirst.
She found a bit
For her prolonged hunger.
I approached her.
And found her eyes
With the tears of pain.
They were inside her
Making her strive
To control them in.
She managed
To hide that bit of food
Behind her.
With the tears
Rolling down her cheeks.
She made them her strength
And stared back
At me.
I smiled and gave my hand
To bring that faith.
I'm sure,
She'll trust me.
As she can see
The same tears
In my eyes too.
