Reminiscences
Reminiscences
Sunlit the day was
With the blazing sun
Hiking its heat in small doses
And walks overhead step by step.
The trickling sunrays through the dense canopy
And the sheen red Palash
Like a bride in a vibrant carmine veil
Padding my cerebrum with those reminiscences
Fudging together the mausoleum of love.
Those days of togetherness and an engrossed US
In the fathomless depth of our love
And the commitment to commit till infinity
And the promise to be together forever.
Suddenly, an indigo daisy drops off the branch
Landing me from a jet of my thoughts into nonce
And there I stand, me and my shadow, marooned
With flyspeck, but OUR reminiscences...
