Yes, this reminds you of a rainbow with clouds on the end 

 

All the colors in rows 

When sun comes up along come with the rain

The rainbow comes out and glows

When people see it, they forget all their pain

 

Although really it is circle

But, Due to reflection 

It is visible as semicircle

And watching a rainbow gives us relaxation

 

Nobody knows what is there where rainbow ends

Some say it has clouds

Some say a pot of gold coins at its ends

But to see it people gather in crowds
