It hurts their inside and outside

It hurts throughout the work, the play, the journey and the smile,

It hurts when no one believes that the pain is as high as 102.6 in thermometer meant for high fever.

And girls in TV ads fly out in wings with white pants within it sanitary pad ads wit no regards,

while actually for them going to bathroom is hard.

Just little pain easy to say, but many don't know they bleed 48 days per year.

So next time when you see a girl whats she going through her periods,

Just gently smile and say bleeding is natural so she smiles.

Girl felt broke down the night,

when they saw this sight.

When some boys treats a girl like a toy,

who was teased by her times(periods).

They laughed at her as she some cramps

holding her stomach, 

She cried internally,

Hiding her pain inside the bad,

Which had some sanitary pads.

Day by day for every 25th day,

Girls cry in such a way,

They wear a mask of "I'm fine"

To hide their pain with nothing in gain.
