Old Age Golden Age

We are young,

We are muscular,

Now we are spade of ace,

Therefore we fear old age.

Black hairs,

Fair face,

Athletic body enchant us,

Feeble body, white hair terrify us.

Powerbomb body,

Eagle agility,

Volcanic energy support us,

Diseased body, snail’s movement, the energy-deprived body will distort us.

How long can we ignore our future?

It is the law of nature.

What we like, what we dislike,

Nature never think alike.

We should not ignore, we should not fear,

Old age is also very dear.

What can’t be done at a young age,

It can be done in the golden old age.

Youth can work,

An elder can teach,

Without a good experience,

Nothing can be reached.

Youth is important,

Elders can’t be ignored,

Both complement each other,
