Ode To The Victims Of Lechers
Ode To The Victims Of Lechers
How can your blood not curl
To talk about an innocent girl
To talk of her as a case
To think of her as debased
To let that man of sin be free
He who is cruelty’s epitome
How can your blood not curl
To see that damned sinless girl
To spit on her youthful dreams
To drown her innocent, painful screams
You call yourself men of pace!
You want us to take part in your disgrace
How can your blood not curl
To forget that wronged, beautiful girl
People who gave her birth you left crying
They call for justice, oh see them trying!
But you monsters are so immune
Their honest tears and honour you impugn
How can your blood not curl
After you murdered that alive girl
It was not only her life you took
It was integrity of races you forsook
You gave that child hell for life
You vandalized her basic human rights
How can your blood not curl
To make demons out of that angelic girl
You didn’t see her rise out of her misery
Her eyes are fire, risen from her history
That broken child you left has grown
Hide now, run, for she is fury unknown
How will your blood not curl
When you see out of the ashes that empowered girl.
