Nature Our Mentor

Every day when the dawn breaks, the day starts

The cheerful saffron rays fill the earth, fill the hearts

The hearts are filled with happiness and zest

To toil hard before rest

The birds fly high in the sky

Leaving a message - Do not sit, go and try

The lofty hills, the gurgling rills

Are motivational pills

Work with grit and determination, says the hill

Do not stop, move on, says the rill

Trees sway to and fro

Giving fruits and shade, no frown on brow

Flowers of various hues

Pink, Red, Yellow and blues

Fill colours in the life tree

No tax, no fees but for free

Ants crawling on the ground

Diligent, hard working and proud

The sun sets-pitch dark

No one in sight, no sparrow, no lark

But Oh! Look at those shining stars

Darkness, obstacles are no bars

To stop them from shining all night long

They keep on singing a lovely song

Each day brings a new hope in its basket

When night falls, don't lose it 

Remember those little stars, 

the sun and the crescent moon 

Their 'never day die' spirit whether 

it is dark night or shining noon.
