 Besides us through our journey as a child,

Egging us on to give it all we have,

Be that inspiration that we should aspire,

To pursue our dreams relentlessly and without tire,

The firmness with a gentle touch,

Taught us how to heal others without a touch,

Awed over and gaping at all our lives,

At the poise and grace govern your lives,

Truly well versed with the ways of life,

Instilled in us the qualities of life,

Taught us to remain unnerved in the face of turmoil,

Stood up in front of us like a foil,

Truth, honesty, hard work and dedication,

Were the mantras that you drilled in us with perfection,

An entire saga could be written on you,

For all the affection and guidance enfolded by you.
