My Little Sister

That was the day I vaguely Remember,

Sitting for you to come out of her,

With half-eaten chocolate in my hand,

The other half waiting for my little lad,

There you came and taught me sharing,

Made my life tune to a whole new thing,

All I had to do was share, compromise, and care,

Looking after you became my daily fair.

You made my mom yours,

Along with the room and shoes,

You snatched my tees and chocolates,

Things that were mine became Ours.

Yet there was happiness in seeing all your smiles.

I know we fought for the silliest of the things,

Understood each other when no one else could,

Had you with me in all the toughest of the times,

Together we make the complete US.

You were the biggest blessing of my life,

You were the sweetest moments and greatest of all the gifts,

You are the partner in crime,

someone as sweet as lime,

And my all-time Happy home.
