From your reticent lips 

And I fell prey to 

The mad people.


Your eyes didn't 

Signal for my rescue 

And bitterly I was beaten, 

You stood silent,

Witnessing the massacre 

Of my emotions.


Blood oozed out 

From my body 

And that even couldn't 

Melt your callous heart 

And you left 

As if you don't know me.
