Mask Of Falsity

Mask Of Falsity

I am the shadow of a ruthless body,

Torn between hell and heaven's kingdom.

I am a puppet in the hands of a foolish clown,

Who reigns over my passions in a funny manner.

I am the stolen cherub from the garden of Eden,

Fallen beneath,

To the world of evil and treachery.

Where should my paths lead?

To the hilly terrains?

Or to the crowded streets?

Or to the myriad lakes?

I seldom visit my inner realms.

But now it's time to visit them.

Hence I shall throw this mask of mine,

Let it drown in the deluge,

And vanish into eternity.
