Your time
Your time
Time, you have no inkling of what it is capable of.
The might, riches, and assets we believe we hold-
All become mere illusions when time intervenes,
And our emotions and feelings are insignificant in its sight.
Waiting for the finest moment would be unwise;
Rather, accomplishing obligations ahead of time
With no procrastination would be advisable,
Knowing how ignorant we are of its impending arrival.
Being vigilant to face what it may bring
Is the sole course the wise follow.
Mumbling at it is like yelling in deaf ears.
Accept whatever comes your way, but not forever.
The pendulum will swing forward again,
Perhaps to bring us a good fortune.
Who knows what it has in store for us?
Wait patiently for your time and for whatever it brings.
