Lullaby
Lullaby
In today's restless nights
I miss your lullabies
Swaying on your hums,
When I rested to sleep
For they say I'm a grown man
Who should stand by himself
Yet I long for that warmth in creche
Where your lullabies lingered
For once, I want to be a child again
And curl in your lap
You sing that lullaby again
And let me have that cherished nap
