Lucky children

Lucky children we are,

to be born in a free land.

Lucky we are as we are

free to live life in our own way.

Lucky we are because we do not

have to obey the orders of any foreigners.

Lucky we are as we have equal rights

and privileges as other citizens of

 our country and we do not get exploited.

This has happened due to the immense

sacrifice of our peers and forefathers,

who gave their all to get freedom for us!

It is now our duty to safeguard the

hard earned freedom and protect it

from any enemies who pose a threat to

the sovereignty of our country.
