Last Night

Last night I saw you in my dream

You'll be awestruck to know

I never saw you in reality.

Although it seemed like

We both were 

Acquainted with each other and

Felt like we knew each other

Since forever.

Coping with the detachment

Of ours, I learned to sojourn and 

Hunt solace within myself.

I never knew this detachment

Was gonna be everlasting,

You were not snatched away from me

But god snatched me from you.. forever...

Neither could I bear to lose you, 

Nor you could bear the loss of me.

Now everything is over, I can see you

Questioning my existence embraced by loneliness.

No existence.
