Intangible Memories

Intangible Memories

How precious are those

Intangible memories

Which we store in

Digital platforms but

Are we ever be able to

Recreate them with the

Same intensity of feelings?

Be it innocence of childhood

Father's strictness yet

An ever-supporting power

Mother's guarding compassion

Fun and laughter of friends

Trying to look away when

Being caught at staring crush

Appreciation of teachers

Building imaginary castles

In air; all these memories

Still bring smiles in my face.

I feel always blessed to recall

Glorious days of my childhood

Where there was no limiting

Thoughts to stop me

From chasing big dreams

I was tired and sad

A moment ago

Don't know how all my exhaustion got converted

To form these lines of poetry
