Indian Rivers and Religions

Emanating from the eyes of melting glaciers,

The long long distance they traverse,

Sometimes in a straight path,

Othertimes in curved and spiral motions,

Then they meet their common destination, the ocean!

They are rivers,

Obstacles like gigantic boulders often come in their ways,

But either they avoid or destroy

In a rhythmic way!

They find the destination by curving their ways,

Or destroying the obstacles with their potential flow,

Or take the pebbles or boulders within themselves,

Then they reach their common destination, the gigantic ocean.

Religions are often like rivers,

Obstacles of superstitions or ignorance may come in their way,

But all religions finally meet their common destination-the God, the Almighty!!
