Dream Of Little Aaravam

Ten years have rolled,

I am now strong and bold.

I shall do everything for my mother,

We shall face all troubles together.

I have sworn to become a good Indian patriot,

be it an Engineer, Doctor, Astronaut or Poet.

In years to come my nation would see only prosperity

and development,

soon there won't be corruption, poverty and unemployment.

May my Mumma and Motherland give me strength,

so I accomplish my dream to its length.

I know I was born in a nation which was once called A Golden Bird,

but the loot and tyranny it has faced was unheard.

We in future shall wash these blots,

and make our motherland a shining spot.

Hey God bestow me with health and character,

so that I may progress further and further.

I am excited by prospect of things I seek to accomplish,

it's for Me, My family and My nation, i wish to grow and flourish.

I aspire to hear the echoes of "VANDE MAATRAM",

These are the wishes of this little "AARAVAM".
