Covid Warriors

Covid came a year ago,

Thrashed people's lives.

We were forced to stay at home,

And go on with our lives.

While we were in our homes,

Drinking a cup of tea.

Police Officers, Nurses, doctors

were hearing our plea.

They did all they could,

To save our day.

To make Covid run far away.

We salute these warriors,

Who saved our lives.

You are, and will be in our hearts,

For our entire lives.
