Carefree

In this grown up life, i yearn for to be a child again,

I want to be free from all the responsibilities' pain!

I miss those days when i used to express myself freely,

When I wasn't expected to behave in a way ideally!

Oh God, please listen and make me carefree again,

Cos that's all what I am wishing to gain!!

I miss those days when watching a sparrow was my pleasure,

not these days when only bank balance is considered treasure!

I miss those days when I used to play and run,

Not these days where I get fun only from pun!

I miss those days when lap was my mum's lap,

Not these days when lap means device on your lap!

I yearn to be a child again and not follow any rules,

I miss my golden days of my lovely school!
