Flushed black board somberly dazzling,

Delicate as the white chalk treading,

Lily white seemly whilst the grey duster glossing.

Rosy red ink in the pages of the book staining,

Silver drops like coruscating pearls raining,

Leather bounded aesthetic tome withering.

Rugged Cross on the cruel mount on Golgotha standing,

Royal Holy Blood that bled for me purging,

Love incarnate from Above my life now reigning.
