Arduous Now, Favourable Tomorrow
Arduous Now, Favourable Tomorrow
The weight of the world bends my weary spine,
Each step feels steep, a relentless climb.
Dark clouds above block the faintest light,
Yet I press onward through endless night.
My hands are calloused, my spirit worn,
The road is rugged, the path is torn.
Dreams flicker faintly, but still they show,
A gleam of triumph where hope will grow.
Through wind and rain, I carve my way,
The fight is long, but I won’t sway.
For seeds of effort, in pain they’re sown,
Through trials harsh, their roots have grown.
Though hardships linger, and storms may roar,
Each tear I shed builds strength and more.
Today I struggle, through grief and strife,
But tomorrow will bring a brighter life.
So toil with courage; endure the sorrow,
Arduous now, but joy tomorrow.
