Anxiety Strikes

Wandering around the college campus in quest of a good friend,

I was hit with a barrage of anxiety by the sight of a few body builders.

They were looking rugged and I was petrified by their muscles.

One of them called me, I had a panic attack.

He caressed my hair and quickly pulled it down.

I was wincing in pain begging him to show some mercy.

One big behemoth pinned me down and showed his strength.

Anxiety had already gotten the better of me

And I was shaking like a shivering grandpa.

They asked me to get up,

As I was trying my best to recover,

One of them rendered his hand and supported me to get up.

All of them clapped their hands and embraced me in joy.

I was over the moon and shared my joy with them.

My magnified anxiety went up in smoke

And I finally made reliable friends.
