Always and Forever

 I am trying to put it in words,

Everything you've given and everything you've been through.

I am sorry that I didn't have the chance to know you before.

Wish I could take away your pain and blues, many moons ago.

The first time we talked on that bus was for hours,

Listening to each other's stories and past.

I felt the connection between us so strong,

Looking back, I knew we were destined to be together.

We have come a long way,

From you spilling a cold drink on yourself,

And us going to the washroom together, laughing like idiots,

To us, making promises of 'Always and Forever'.

Your heart has helped mine to remember,

How to be strong.

Tattooed on my heart are the words of your favourite song.

This is just to let you know, how special you made me feel.

Thanks a million for the million lovely things that you do for me.

I feel like I have known you as a person so much.

I realized that we all are far from perfect and ideal,

But we work perfectly well together,

Like joining different pieces of the same puzzle.

I'm glad to have someone who would listen to me without judging.

Thank you for being born and supporting me through my ups and downs.

I hope to be there for you as well,

Like a promise of Always and Forever my dear.
