A relationship sealed in love

It always a good feeling to know,

That there is always someone to go to,

at times when you are lost, don't know where to go,

Then she walks into your life says

I am here for you.

It happend to me it might happen to all.

For I was living a life so worse.

Thought my sickness would make its final call,

Walked in to my life said call me  a sister, though I am your nurse.

Life was not the same as changes came over me,

She  told me  look  here mister,

I will see to it,   all your ailments leave you,so you are free,

 I am not only a nurse and also your sister,

all the aches and pain she was there,

She proved to be a real sister, taking care of me, always true,

Gave me a second lease of life, looked after me with great care,

She said as promised by me, now from your ailments you are free.

What can I do for you,  just have to say,

Or better still Can you stay with your brother,

She said, since you call me your sister, it's my right to stay.

Then Said through her tears, we met as strangers but now together

So on this Rakshabandhan day,on your wrist I shall tie, sacred thread of love.

Met as strangers, became brother and sister for life.

With God's blessing from heaven above,

I know You will protect me, from all kinds of strife.

 With love, this sacred thread has sealed our relationship, with certainty.

Of being a brother and sister a relationship that is for eternity.
