A Pebble

Let not go 

Out of sight

And hold it tight

As it is so light


Light with warmth

Bringing back hope

Hope to live again

To dance around

Retrieve the lost ground


Stand I must for now

Guard against any wave

Not dare, come close

To snatch away again

That Pebble, my Soul.
