This episode features Carmell Pelly a party girl who, with 14 years of solid sobriety, still struggles with personal value. I think it is great that Carmell can share her story because she is so often on the other side of the microphone interviewing women for her Recovery Lifestyles with Carmell show. A big takeaway from this episode, as I see it, is to hear as Carmell recalls how unsustainable she sees the lifestyle she was living. Recognizing that within herself is very likely why she produces her Recovery Lifestyles show.
