In this episode, I am speaking with the author and founder of Soul Recovery Ester NicholsonEster has a staggering 34 years and I am so excited to be talking with her about what has to be one of the most important parts of recovering yourself, What is the self we are recovering? That self we are recovering, in Ester’s words, is our Soul. I must agree and she and I dive deep about how the work gets done. With so much going on around us today we must do the work, but to just tell you to do the work is silly, most people have no idea what it means and how to even approach it. Well, Recovering our souls, or selves, means we have to be able to look outward and see how, what we are experiencing, is reflecting ourselves back to us. We have to question “How is this me?” Neither Ester nor I can give you the answer but we do talk about how we have found the answer in our lives.
