Miss. Rani Devi is the daughter of a Scientist (Nischal Rao).
Father Scientist and the Mother Kousalya, the mother is looking-after an NGO.
Father scientist an ambitious person and trying always to invent something new.
Mother, Kausalya’s mind-set is that, she wanted to support and help the children who are poor by thinking that the children future gets disturbed and damaged.
This is the anxiety and agony of Miss. Rani’s mother.

Kousalya (Mother):

Glittering World.:
Our eyes will never believe and our minds never think how beautiful this “Glittering World is. This is a man’s creation and understanding world. People, animals and creatures living on this earth are lucky enough. Many people would like to travel throughout the globe. Each country and continent has its own importance as far as biographical aspects and geographical importance is concerned. Can anybody say this is not available in this world? What is not available in this world? Only thing is money is not substantially available with people. Even, if money is available plenty with some persons, can such person purchase items and enjoy all the things in this world? Where is the place for a person to keep all the purchased items? How long he will keep such items at his house? How much a person can enjoy? Can the enjoyment be measured? How long any person can enjoy in this world? Can a person enjoy things alone? So, how about the family members enjoying this glittering world? Everybody knows, life span is limited, based on environmental conditions of place/area. Where is the end for enjoyment? How long one can enjoy? Is there any quantum of enjoyment?
One, who steps out from his/her house, needs sufficient or minimum money. A man’s needs are more, as the money is limited. Everybody wants to purchase everything and everybody wants to enjoy by possessing every item. Everybody wants to lead high standards of life. If we question ourselves – Is it possible? One has to make self-advocacy sincerely. Definitely, one can say, it is not possible. Man’s ambitions are high. But, circumstances prevailing would prevent people to limit their ambitions. Of course, good money circulation in the society should also be the main factor.
We have seen people’s living conditions for many centuries. There are economically poor people and economically wealthy people. Very poor man enjoying, middle class and upper middle class man is enjoying and rich and very rich man also enjoying in this world according to their financial status. But, one thing is sure. People cannot go on enjoying every time, everywhere and at all times. There are boundaries for the enjoyment. This Glittering World is Glittering World only and one could see and enjoy. Everything is available within the reach of a person. One can enjoy this Glittering World for one part of time. One has to inculcate the habit of seeing the world and enjoy rather than spending in the world. It is everybody to save the money for their future needs of family members. World consists of spend thrifts also. Time will not be the same for anybody. Time changes a man. There are many instances – A rich man has become a pauper. A poor man became very rich man. There is a proverb called “Money makes many things”.
One Professor told – when you are giving money for Charities – count the money and give. He also told – when you are throwing the money in sea, you count the money and throw.
An experienced Professor told – that this Glittering World consists of ‘crooks & cracks ‘rich & poor, ‘misers & spend thrifts’.
A senior Professor told that ‘one has to live in this glittering world for living sake’ and not for enjoyment sake’. “Glittering World is different” and “leading life” is different, as what was told by one Philosopher. Continuously enjoying in this Glittering World is also dangerous. One does not know what will happen at what time. Time will not stop. It goes on moving. Days pass on, months pass on and years pass on. Life is also moving. Each second as time passes, people grow old. Nobody knew, “which day it belongs to us and which day it does not belong to us”.
Glittering World is only show put-up world. It is only for seeing and enjoying. Who lives in this glittering world and who goes at what time, only better The God knows? One Saint said “Glittering World is a world nothing but to tempt people.
Another Saint said, ‘all that glitters would vanish one day’.
Everybody is living in this world with the advanced scientific & technological developments. Research & Development is going each day on many subjects. Each minute is changing the world. Man’s brain is behind the glittering world. It is a man-made world. “Glitters may last forever’, but, ‘life’ does not last forever.
Of course, this is everybody’s Glittering World. Our life is one time life and live for a limited years. Really our life is beautiful. Man has come from this nature and will go back to this nature. One should know how to move and live in this precious glittering world.
Few people short close their lives on petty matters, love matters and also due to ‘desperate & disgusted mind’. Many people make suicide attempts for many reasons. Many people die due to hanging, fall before the running train, jump into lakes and die etc. This is a beautiful life. Life is nothing to do with money. Life is a very precious one. One can do wonder’s in the life span time. People can see and enjoy this glittering world.
A great saint said, “it is a sin to short-close the life”. Another saint said “A great duty has been entrusted to one’s life – one has to wait for that duty completion till the end of life”. Another great man and philosopher said – “Taking a Birth in this world is a Nature’s Blessing and Nature decides as when to go from this World”. Another Gentleman said – “One has to obey the orders of Natures Blessing and Cursing”. Thus, Rani Devi concluded the debate and speech.

Both Rani Devi and Anurag, used to discuss about their future professional jobs and used to chat their future ideologies.
They used to talk about ‘who to become who’.
During these types of discussions, Rani Devi and Anurag came into a ‘bonding-like-understanding’, as far as their professionalism, is concerned.

INDUSTRIAL TOUR:
As a part of academic curriculum, there was an industrial tour during the first year of MBA studies, students opted to go in for a tour to Mysuru-Chennai-Ooty-Hyderabad and back to Bengaluru. Based on the college management approval and after obtaining parents’ consent letter for this trip, tour schedule was drawn and around 20 students from MBA both boys and girls moved out of Bengaluru for a ten day trip. In this trip, Rani Devi and Anurag also participated. All the students enjoyed the site seeing, visited all the temples, enjoyed Mysuru and Ooty Hills and other places.
During this tour amongst other students, Rani Devi being a good singer, Rani’s friends asked her to sing a song on one occasion. Though, Rani Devi reluctant to sing, finally agreed to sing an English Song. The Song Lyrics are like this:

Chennai is a little bit far from Bengaluru.
Hyderabad has good distance.
It’s far.
So, for all these places to be covered, will one week suffice?

We will make it fast to see the Mysuru and Ooty. Chennai also we can cover early and fast. Hyderabad has more historical places to visit, Rani was told by Anurag.

Which State will Bell the Cat for this type of exercise?
Why can’t the Government(s) study the feasibility of this type of move?
Why can’t the Government form a Committee with Expert Members nominated from different fields for study of these issues and submit a report to Government?
At present, the IT field is purely a private sector. Many IT Companies pay huge salaries to IT employees and it looks, there is no limit for salary packages being given to IT employees, who have put in a minimum experience of five years and more.
Few of the female employees already working in IT field, especially in software line, are searching for good Government jobs or Banking jobs, as per their age and qualification eligibility to avoid long run sustainability in IT field. The charm of working in the IT line for the candidates after working for few years, is fading away because of many reasons such as, jumping from one Company to another Company for quick huge bucks, transfers from one place another due to new Project works, candidates coming under Bench stage due to no new projects, candidates getting married to qualified software people of another company located in different States, Candidates not willing to continue in software line due to ill-health and due to domestic reasons, and many more reasons which are self-explanatory.
Many ITeans do not stick to one organization. People go on changing organizations each 2 to 3 years or 4 to 5 years. These software engineers need quick jump in their pay packages in India. Most of the software companies are established in Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, New Delhi and Kolkata and at other places. People are prepared to work in these States, if they are given slightly bigger packages than the existing one. Some qualified ITeans trying to go abroad viz Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, Germany, USA and other countries. But, at one stage or the other or after a couple of years working at one place, they go on changing the organization to organization.
Many of the ITeans, who have talent, knowledge, have opened their own small type of companies doing sub-contract software jobs and outsourcing jobs or set up their own software company. One can observe through websites and search engines, quite a good number of companies in the various states and cities.
But, it looks to be, for job holders in Private IT field, there is no job guarantee. Many people are at bench without any project.
Moreover, IT people have to work for around nine hours each day, as weekends Saturday and Sunday are holidays. ITeans and others have to show progress in their given project work on weekly/fortnightly/monthly/quarterly basis. If the performance is not good, IT people will be removed from service without any reason whatsoever. If the people are at bench, their variation pay will not be paid by their employer. Sitting at bench without any project work, is also dangerous, as such people are tend to lose their job or could possibly be removed from service, in view of not having any project at hand. In such a case such employees many not get good jobs elsewhere, as the new recruiting company would definitely ask for “reasons for change of job”.
Changing from one IT office to another IT sector and shifting one home to another home becomes a very costly affair for ITeans and others. There is no other go except they have to shell-down good amount of money.
One software IT giant company client, who appoints a Software Engineer as a Team Lead says – Wow and Hi, My Dear employee, you will have to complete the given project work within the stipulated time frame and should be completed well ahead of the time schedules while meeting the challenges and pressures. Lest, you will be “ousted” from the job or you will be kept in the Bench. Again the client says – you will be “Toasted” if you do not reach the full target in the given project. But, one thing is sure, client tells to the employed IT engineer. If one wants to continue in IT field, one day or the other, one will be “Ousted” or “Toasted”, and one has to bear with it. Please get prepared, said a client to the IT employee who is engaged on the given project work in the IT sector.

After few days Anurag Varma gets promotion as Regional Head. With a good salary jump with more delegation of powers, facilities, company car, entertainment facility, recruitment powers, foreign tours by self-planning.
One day Anurag Varma was asked to fly to US for a business promotion purpose. Transfer of Technology (ToT), Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and to make Business deals Agreements. All the instructions came from his Chairman. The trip is for 30 days.
This news has been told to Rani Devi and to the entire family members. All felt very happy. Anurag thought that Rani Devi to be also asked to follow him. But Rani’s family members advised not to accompany Anurag, as Rani is pregnant and air travel at this stage is not advisable. If anything happens to Rani, then problem will crop up and hence dropped the proposal.
Anurag Varma left for US on his official works. Rani Devi parents came to Rani’s house for extending support and help and prepared to stay with Rani for one month. Rani’s in-laws also to extend support and help to Rani Devi, over telephone by speaking every three days.

Rani Devi, IPS gets promotion:
Rani Devi got a message her boss IGP headquarters asking Rani telephone her boss.
Rani telephoned her Chief. Surprise News. Rani Devi, you have been promoted as special officer (officer on special duty). You have been transferred to the travel Bureau of Investigation (CBI). This transfer is also at this city. There are few cases to be dealt with, told Rani Devi's boss. There are specific orders to deal some very critical and complicated cases. All cases have been kept as confidential and few cases are restricted ones.
Rani Devi, you please come and meet me once, sad chief of police head. Please come and collect your promotional Orders and report immediately CBI headquarters got further job assignments, said police chief.
Rani Devi, OSD, immediately, at the same minute went to the police headquarters; spoke to the police chief collected the promotion and posting order. Rani Devi also said thanks to all her colleagues for extending support, while she was at police parent department. Rani Devi collected the promotional and transfer order and reported on the same day to the CBI headquarters.
Rani Devi spike to the CBI Chief and discussed various issues. Few of important files handed over to Rani Devi, OSD (crime and investigation), and CBI. Rani Devi was advised to deal the allotted cases perfectly. Some special group of CBI officers with fully trained commandos, both in uniform and civil codes were allotted to Rani Devi control. Delegation of powers also given to Rani Devi OSD, CBI.
Rani Devi, came to her house happily. Anurag Verma has been informed after getting higher promotion and posted to CBI HQrs today's very important cases. Other subjects not disclosed to Anurag Verma. Why because in police department there is an official secret act and secret code has to be followed. Even certain things not revealed wife or husband as the case may be. Nothing will be discussed with family members, police code and act. Everything has to be maintained confidential and secret.
A Small case or a big case, small leader or big leader, weak man or a powerful man, every aspect of safety and security arrangement and handling of people to be taken care of. All the subject cases, so also people involved in such cases are to be handled perfectly. Every attention is to be paid at each and every time.
Next day, Rani Devi, DIG (crime and investigation), CBI, went to her CBI headquarters and met all the responsible big offices.

Two big case files have been given to Rani Devi CBI. She took these files and started studying them in office itself, for about a week. Every day morning to evening only studying files at CBI headquarters. The files are kept in office lockers. Nobody knew about these files. Rani Devi DIG CBI, wanted to deal and handle these cases hey secretly and maintain confidentiality.
After going through these two all-important files Rani Devi, CBI, Choose one file. Master plan of action was drawn. Rani Devi selected some special officers and commandos.
On one day, she called her selected squad to discuss on new things on one file subject. Discussed all the issues. She told her squad that they have to perform their duty well. Investigation reports are to be submitted in time to her. Case details are like this. The cash handling type, should not be revealed to anybody, told squad members. Rani Devi. CBI, took assurance, promise and oath from squad members, were strictly told to follow her instructions, from time to time.

Good Morning to everybody. I want to tell you few issues to my squad members. For this reason only I called for a meeting. Whatever I am telling, if not likes good, no matter, but not harm or damage to be made. I want to brief my mind set to you all, what I thought was. So, whatever matter I want to put forth before you, please listen carefully, said Rani, DIG, C.
There are several problems, come and go in one’s life. At that time, problems are to be solved one by one. |Each day some problem or the other crop- up-. Without a problem, there will not be any day. There will be problems in everybody’s life. As such, if anybody gets any problem, they have to solve their own problems. At times some problems are solved by family members. Some problems are solved by friends. Some problems are faced by children, some youth age problems, some adult problems, some middle aged problems. In actual life there is no person without any problem, told Rani Devi, DIG, CBI to her5 squad members. Can you tell me anybody without a problem? Asked Rani Devi, CBI, to her squad members. I have not heard anybody. Even a saint will have a problem. They are also human beings. These so called saints will have more problems than us, said Rani Devi, DIG, CBI. If anybody becomes a Sanyasi, they have to confront more problems than others.
We can get solved some issues. Some problems get solved automatically. In some issues, it takes much longer time for salvation. So many problems will have so many problems. Some are expressible, some can’t be told to others. We have been seeing in every family, facing problems, said Rani Devi, DIG CBI.
For example, many people especially youth have problems like Education. These youth have to confront problems till they get job. Some youth have love related problems; some have problems like, marriage, business, hypertensions, health, so on and so forth. Some may express their feelings and problems, some can’t. Few people or say youth have political related problems, who aspire to grow in political arena. Some youth suffer for their involvement in criminal, civil cases. But, most of these people, show happiness by suppressing their sufferance’s and ill feelings. They always are laughing. Why? It is because these people should not get reputation damage. Still wants to deceive people, thus on one day or the other they get deceived.
You know well, that children’s problems are self-explanatory. |They neither express their problems nor solve their own problems. It’s every day problem. So, all these problems and difficulties get solved as time moves on.
Rani Devi, DIG (Crime & Investigation), CBI, spoke further like this – Life consists of all sorts of problems, sufferances and salvations are seen in everybody’s life. Do you know, that if anybody does any mistake, or crime, they are bound to confront punishment. Few people have to face even jail terms. Since we have come to this world, how we live and lead our life is the multi-million dollar question. Most important thing in this life is family bonding. Earning money is not at all the issue here or a problem. It’s the life that lead us as a full-fledged life, is far important than looking at the earning side money. Whatever the deeds one does in life, will definitely have an impact on family, said, Rani ‘Devi, CBI. All the bad deeds kill the family life and family people.
Rani Devi, CBI, further told that, the ‘present’, is a gift. A person should behave like a changed man. Does anybody know, what the property that can’t go from us is, is the ‘present’. It’s like a full-fledged meal with all the items. We have to utilize the ‘present’ and enjoy. Properly one has to utilize the4 opportunity. But all our thoughts move around the past or gone days. Out of fear thinking our lives move towards future. If one does Yoga and Naturopathy exercises, there will be a small Peace of Mind consistency one will have. Actually, nobody has authority to spoil or damage the surname. People who entangled in crimes relate to money, have no authority to spoil their surname.
Earning money in righty path is one way, but earning money in an illegal way is a different attitude. I want to tell one thing, said Rani, CBI. Whoever earns money illegally ore through corruption or by deceiving people, such money and properties are to be confiscated by the government. And for this government should create a specific department for this. We have been seeing all these now-a-days.
There are many instances where people have been identified in money laundering cases, corruption cases, looting cases, illegally earning through brokerage. These people are, of course, confront cases from, Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB), Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), Enforcement Directorate (ED), Income Tax Department, Revenue Department, Legal Cells of all the Banks, Sales Tax Department, Central Excise Department, with the support of Ministry of Home Affairs and RBI. All these departments have power to confiscate corrupt money in various money launder4ing cases, said Rani, DIG, CBI.
Not only confiscation from these corrupted people, even their kith and kin, brothers, sisters, uncles and in-laws properties also to be confiscated, said Rani, CBI.

THE FATE - SCAMS, CORRUPTION AND BLACK MONEY
Several problems do come in one’s life. One has to confront and solve such problems one by one. Each day, there will be a problem. Without a problem, a day will not pass. Problems do exist throughout the life. Some problems will have to be solved by one self; some problems will be solved by family members and friends, so on and so forth. There are childhood problems, youth problems, adult problems, middle-age problems, aged problems and old age problems. Life itself is entangled with un-ending issues and problems. Some problems are solvable with solutions. Some problems will get solved automatically in due course of time and sometimes time will solve the unsolvable issues & problems. There are number of problems most of the people confront.
For example, most of the people confront educational problems, employment problems, love affair problems, marriage problems, business problems, political problems, civil & criminal cases problems, children’s’ problems etc.
Life is such that one has to bear all these problems, if they commit blunders & mistakes. Since we have taken birth as a human being, how best one led a good life is a multi-million dollar question. Completing the life cycle by completing the family bonding with affection is equally important than earning the money in life. Of course, earning money is necessary, but, one has to choose the right path to earn money to lead the life.
Earning money in right path is one aspect and earning illegally is another aspect. But, it is sure that people who earn illegal money through corruption method shall land in problems one day or the other. There are many instances. The illegal properties, cash & gold acquired by Government officials and business people through illegal ways sere confiscated by the Anti-corruption Bureau (ACB), Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), Enforcement Directorate (ED), Income Tax Department (IT Dept), Revenue Department, Various Banks, Central Excise Department, Ministry of Finance, Reserve Bank of India (RBI), Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA), and other departments like Sales Tax Department etc. The people who are caught by these departments are booked under various sections. Even in many cases, the properties, cash & gold are seized and confiscated pertaining to the brothers, sisters, close relatives, friends and distant relatives, in many cases. This is the big embarrassment to the main victim and culprits.
Most of the big corruption money is involved in big scams running in millions. Such black & corruption money is kept in various private foreign banks in different countries. If such black money & corrupted money is used towards building facilities like public toilets, government function halls, government malls, government free cinema theatres, and other pro-poor related facilities, it will be hailed by one and all. Of course , this black money and corruption money belong to general public and common people. It is peoples’ money. People are paying money in various ways through taxes. People are not living at free of cost. There is no free food to people. Each one has to earn and eat in their livelihood. The opportunities for earning substantial money are limited, unless otherwise one is reasonably highly qualified or prosper in any business field. Nobody can acquire huge properties in overnight, unless one is entangled in corruption methods. Such corrupted people would be brought to book one day or the other. At such time these corrupted people shall have to confront the serious allegations, consequences and are bound to land in four wall jails. Government and its various departments, as aforesaid, would always watch such corruption crimes with third eye. Watch & watch is always there in third country. There are many “watch dog” organizations, whose duty is always to have vigilance over fraudsters and on corruption matters.
It is an open secret that many ministers, government officials both at Central level and at State level were involved and are involved in many big scams running into several thousands of million rupees/dollars/pounds etc, which had pushed the country’s economy into back-seats. These scans reflect the poor economy of the country and ultimately the common man has to bear all the costs that may come in the form of taxes, increase in cost of living etc. These scams, for example, to mention a few are – Bofor’s scam, coal scam, 2G Telecom scam, Indian Stock Market Manipulation scam, Stamp Paper scam, CWG scam, latest being Rafale scam.
It looks to be that the country’s political working system is stronger and powerful than the governance of various departments. Sometimes, the government also drags on the various scams due to politicization of issues and involvement of top government supporting political parties and Midas touch top VVIPs leaders, who hail from inner circles of the government.
Who is going to question the Government? Has anybody dares to question the Government? If anybody questions the Government on various scams, such people would sure to land in troubles and would invite problems on one day or the other. However, the scan issues and other corruption related matters would be seen as hot topics only during the Lok Sabha, Rajya Sabha and at State Assembly proceeding time.
As everybody knew, various Government Agencies, Inquiry Commissions etc., drag on the issues related to scams for number of years. Even the ‘scan reports’ on any issued are submitted to Government, there will not be any further action and all such ‘Inquiry Reports” are sent to ‘cold storage’.
In such circumstances, ‘who will question whom?’ Who will ‘bell the cat’ for actions on scamsters? This is an unending subject. At the end of a movie cinema, there will be ‘The End’; but, here in ‘scams’ there is no ‘End’. One will have to wait & watch for a bigger scam, to forget older scam.
Some special courts are handling these scam cases and will handle these scam cases further.
But, however, huge public money and huge Government money is involved in each and e very scam. Ultimately common man is the sufferer. Who will blame whom? Who is answerable? How things will move? Is there any Government strategy to stop future scams? How the Government handle the old scams? Is the Union Government and each respective State Governments are instituting any ‘special secret agencies’ or ‘secret investigation teams’ for bringing the ‘financial scamsters, fraudsters and culprits’ to Law Book? If so, how much time it will take to close the old scams? It is a matter to wait and see.
For stealing, forgery, illegal earning, cheating of country’s cash treasure financial resources and transferring the black money to foreign bank accounts, without the permissions of Ministry of Finance, Central Bank, FERA, FEMA etc., tantamount to financial fraud financial irregularities and serious financial crimes which needs attention for criminal, financial, civil and other investigations to book culprits and to bring back such black money to India. In such cases, culprits properties could be seized to enable pay back the Government/Public/Investors/Institutions money. In these cases judicial involvement, Ministry of Home Affairs, Police Department and Civil Administration departments etc have the duty in the ‘black money recovery processes through legal system, as per laid down procedure. Some leaders and political party big-wigs, when asked about the scams enquiry progress, they express some ‘crocodile tears feel face’ for the way the investigations are conducted at the Turquoise speed”
If this is the case and situation, then one can think 21st century will go and 22nd century will definitely come, many senior and aged political, civil and administration bigwigs and diplomats may vanish by then, and all these scam cases will disappear and become as “unsolved mystery scams”, due to “unknown & reasons beyond self-explanatory” and or persons involved in the scan “not existing on earth”. Finally, the God only knew how these big scams would get conclude?

All these money belongs to people, who have paid tax on various types of taxes, and even some have paid double taxes. To confiscate all the black money, government has to set-up special secret agencies, secret investigation teams. Government should punish all these financial fraudsters, scamsters and culprits to be brought to book and put them in jail and recover all the money for the utility of common poor man.

People are of different types and different types of mind set for each and everybody. In their interest, of course, it all depends. They presume many things to settle down in their own life and they plan accordingly.
They presume many things sometimes, and goes beyond ones expectations, ;but one should know well that planning to settle down is of course, is an ideal thing, but for everything money is needed and money is involved for dosing any activity.
But, now-a-days without money, one cannot do anything.
Money makes many things.
We will say, even for settling down for business money is needed.
For getting an employment or job money is needed to be spent in times and to go abroad for training or for higher education or for any job purpose money is needed and one has to spend substantial money.
To write any competitive exams, civil services exams, to study abroad, lot of money is needed for purchase of study material, tuition fee payments etc.
Even to enter into politics, lot of money is to be spent for movement purpose, contacts purpose, communication purpose and for establishment good relations with top leaders and even prepared to pay towards party fund.
Even for setting up a business lot of money is needed to be dumped towards cost of building, furniture, government approvals, permissions, staff salaries, procurement of capital equipment etc., without which, it is difficult to set up any business for medicine line with BPC (Biology, Physics, Chemistry) subjects and prepare for the medical entrance examination.
These students by the time they get qualified in entrance exams, their parents may not be able to meet huge capitation fee in private medical colleges. It gets upset the aspiring students.
These students join for 3-year B Sc degree course or for any diploma course.
These things are very common. The students presume something and the things move in a different way.
So also, students opting for engineering course for doing BE/B Tech 4-year regular course, get qualified and at that time their parents may not be able to pay or meet the fee payments and capitation fee etc.
Such students end up in doing technical diploma courses and join in some factory workshops as Tradesmen and as Technicians.
Many people who opt to become electrical engineering end up as electricians, due to financial stringency and bottle-necks.
People who want to become singers become music directors, actors become extra-artists, technicians become directors, and doctors become as actors.
All these things we have been regularly seeing in life.
Things do not happen as we except.
Something we wish to happen, it won’t happen.
Something we don’t expect to happen, it happens in favor.
Things do misfire in each and everybody’s life. It is, but natural.
Our fates are written like this.
What to do.
Man proposes and God disposes.
One has to be ready for any eventuality.
If we plan for something the plan will never become a reality.
For example, if somebody saves money for purchase of a piece of land, but such accrued money will be spent for his sister’s marriage or for parent’s major hospitalization charges and for medical treatment.
If somebody accrues money for purchase of car or gold, such money will be diverted for some annual ceremonies.
If somebody saves money in any chit fund companies for certain purpose, the chit fund company abruptly makes shutters down and all the chit holders’ money and investors’ money is lost.
If anybody puts their money in share market, such share market prices suddenly plunged and all the investors are put into loss.
If any investor invests in any business such business will go into heavy loss and are bound to close the shutters.
One presumes in life many things, but such things never happen. May be reasons are unknown. Our hands are like that.
If some ladies want to become as a fashion designer, such persons are bound to become as ladies tailors. Many upsets do happen in real life.
Things never do happen as ever expected.
Of course, planning is needed and necessary and for effective preparation, advance funds are to be kept available or ear-mark sufficient budget to the required plans.
One cannot change the FATE of any person.
People presume on many aspects; but, ultimately, sometimes presumptions become correct and most presumptions do not become correct. It all depends on the FATE and LUCK of a person.

The mind of a Gambler is always like a one way track. That is – How to earn money quickly through gambling? Of course, Gambling is of many types. Betting’s on horse races, playing cards, cricket, football, and hockey, tennis, shuttle cock, shuttle badminton, ;chess, elections, is common in this world, which is against “Land of Rule”. Some Countries/States allow gambling, some Countries/States ban gambling in certain fields and certain area of specified sports. Gambling takes place in share market also. Share market always fluctuates and will not be constant. Sometimes, share market prices suddenly plunge downward drastically. Share market prices suddenly increase upwards.

Gambling in many of the eastern and western countries is common. Many people have won millions of money in gambling, especially in lotteries and others in western and eastern parts of countries. Even the author observed many gamblers never marry due to keen involvement in their gambling activities. Also, many gambling sports played people, never showed any interest in their family affairs and neglected the family life which lead to domestic struggles, sufferance’s and loss of financial component. Of course – who can prevent whom and who can spoil whom. Self-discipline is the most important in one’s life. Each State in India has its own Gambling Act and Rules. The Union Government has to declare a common Gambling Act suitable and applicable to all the State Governments and Union Territories in India. It has become a general practice that whenever a new government forms in the States in India, flexible Act’s suitable to respective States are implemented.
Under Right to Information Act (RTI Act), Indian Government and respective State Governments Policies, systems, act; procedures for permits, licenses are to be made available in the Governments portal. The Union Government and the State Government’s to educate all the people, pertaining to the “Gambling Act” and its repercussions on the Gamblers’. The Government has to draft an updated common slogan under Gambling Act. It should be like “Cigarette Smoking is Injurious to Health”, “Consuming Alcohol is Harmful to Health”. It could be “Gambling Destroys Families” slogan. It is the need of the hour for Government to come forward for giving a wide publicity through all TV channels, media, circulars, sign boards, advertisements pertaining to a slogan on “Gambling Act and its Repercussions”. This will facilitate all section of people to get awareness on the Gambling Act.

DRUNKARD’S THIRD WORLD AND DAY DREAMS
DRUNKARDS live in third world, enjoy and dream more. In this world of life, some people are accustomed and habituated to social drinking of alcohol including wine, vodka, brandy, and cocktails. Taking alcohol in business sector for maintaining business relations is one thing. Consuming alcohol of different types including foreign brands, standard brands, local made alcohol by upper middle class people are another thing. Enjoying all types of alcohol brands each day by middle class people and lower middle class people on some occasions, looks to be common everywhere. Taking local made liquor and other local made cheap liquor and toddy is very common and frequent by the hard labor.
All the Governments are getting quite a good amount of revenue through the sale of different types of various liquor brands. Few Governments depend for substantial revenue through various types of taxes. Some Governments encourage liquor sales and some Governments do not encourage liquor sales. Few Governments, on earlier occasions banned liquor sales in their respective States, landed in trouble due to huge loss of Government revenue thereby failed to run the governance and administration and even lost the political power. On later years, the same Governments which banned the liquor revoked the sale of liquor to raise the revenue substantially.
Drinking alcohol in top circles (social, business, and political circles) has become the order of the day. Lest, it is difficult to maintain the good business-socio-political relations at all levels. Taking top alcohol brands, foreign brands, whisky and scotch in such top circles, looks to be a fashion and necessary; whereas, consuming liquor each day-in and day-out and partying every day may lead to problems. Few people only can afford to lead such lavish style of life.
Some upper middle class people in various business fields and sectors take regular drunks. Mostly now-a-days is seen in Information Technology (IT) field, consume liquor on week-ends and enjoy a lot. But, this is also a costly affair. Many people are in the middle class sector habituated to liquor of all brands and consume liquor on daily basis, by spending their hard earned money. Even hard labor consumes local made liquor brands each day by almost spending their 60 percent of earnings.
There are many risks involved after consuming liquor. Number of people each day fall prey to road accidents, while some people who drive in intoxicated condition their two and four wheelers also meet with accidents.
I have seen many people and few known friends who take alcohol on regular basis right from morning and evening are financially helpless condition to meet their family expenses and are unable to meet their regular needs for their children’s education. It is quite a saddening affair. Even some people who consume liquor daily are branded as ‘Drunkard’ and no social respect is given to them.
I will give one example which I had. On one occasion, I engaged an auto-rickshaw to go to city shopping mall. The auto driver had put on start the digital auto meter. After passing some distance, I was getting some alcoholic type smell in the auto-rickshaw. I thought, it was some petrol or diesel smell. After some time, I thought it was gas auto-rickshaw. After few minutes, I thought it fit to ask the auto driver about the smell which was emanating from the auto. I was able to judge that it was alcohol smell coming from the auto driver. No doubt, I was correct in my thinking. It was alcohol smell. Then I asked the auto-rickshaw driver whether he was intoxicated with alcoholic drunk. He replied boldly, stating that Sir, I took a small quantum of liquor. I told him to stop the auto-rickshaw. Immediately, the driver of the auto stopped. I asked him, why you took alcohol when you are taking the passengers, while charging for auto service. Is it not your duty to see the passenger’s safety? He politely replied, sir, sorry. It was a mistake taking alcohol and driving the auto. I told him that, if you continue to take liquor or alcohol at this middle age, then, I don’t think you will live long and you will not be able to see your children’s marriages and your grandchildren. Moreover, I told your spouse will have to do servant-maid job, or beg people for survival in case of any harm is done to your life.
I told the auto driver straight-away that, people who are intoxicated with third brand liquor, or local made liquor will not live long.
Then the auto driver replied, sir, I will stop drinking habit from now-on. The driver realized the truth in my speaking to him on the facts. I got down at my place and the auto driver refused to take auto charges for my good advice.
Drunkard habits are like this – They abscond to offices. They never work. They make money by pledging various articles including gold and silver for the sake of drinking. They quarrel when they are in bad moods. They don’t speak properly. They even speak vulgar language outside as well as at home. They even quarrel with counterparts and their own children. They live in third world and their dreams are high. They make unnecessary chit-chat, speak on waste subjects and make time pass without any productive work.
Intoxicated and drug addicted people never listen to others. They spend money towards alcohol, wine and on intoxicated items and never give money to their spouse and children.
I have seen many of the drunkards lost their jobs, dislocated their family status, landed in many criminal cases.
Generally drunkards become gamblers in one way or the other. Gambling in the sense, playing cards, horse racing, Number games, Lottery, betting on various sports. It is observed that quite a number of horse racing punters consume liquor and bet during horse races on horses. It is very common that people play cards while consuming liquor of their choice and simultaneously smoke cigarettes.
One could see in many places very lengthy parked motor cycles and cards in front of wine shops, Bars & Restaurants, Toddy shops and in front of Janata Bars and Star Hotels. Many of the Wine Shops are located in thick residential places, near to temples, and even adjacent to schools/colleges/offices/bus stands/railway stations. Every drunkard spends money on local brand liquor and waste time, energy and loose health. Even some regular drunkard’s beg small amounts of money and ask hot drinks from some known drunkard-mates.
Some Governments owned Wine Shops earn substantial revenue directly. All the people are influenced to take the liquor on one occasion or the other.
It is a very well-known fact, that in any major political election, municipal elections, local body elections, panchayat elections, company/factory elections, society elections etc., the liquor flows like water. Without the supply of liquor, people looks like not tempted to work or participate in elections. These are the back-door methods to tempt a person.
Some people consume liquor due to frustrations, family problems, financial problems, domestic problems and what not problems. Of course, reasons are plenty to consume liquor. Persons who are alcoholics have one reason or the other to substantiate them. Naturally regular alcoholics will not find their growth easy. Their family life gets dislocated and disturbed. They often lose patience. They land in financial troubles. They never get social respect in family and friends circle. They are never able to meet good medical treatments in needs of time, due to lack of funds. People never come forward to help morally or financially to drunkards.
In some States, liquor flow looks to be seen as more than cash flow. In some States and villages drinking water is not available to common person; but, all types of liquor is made available at cost. At some places, whoever purchases liquor, water of 100 ml or 200 ml sachets are given free of cost.
It is, many a times observed that drunkards and regular alcohol drinkers are always irregular to their professional works, due to uneasy, ill-health and hangovers. Regular drunkards mind will be very simple, that they want to consume liquor some-how. Drunkards always speak non-stop and good orators at that particular intoxication ti8me and power of speech will be more. They get extra energy at some particular point of time. But, drunkards become weak and slowly lose their health and land in major health problems. Drunkard’s longevity is reduced. Drunkards lose their social status, family reputation will be lost, living standards will fall-down, and social respect will be lost, children’s education will be disturbed and many long run family troubles and disturbances are to be foreseen, which even can lead to divorce of husband and wife, all due to consumption of alcohol, infighting within the family and domestic circles will be frequent and regular.
For alcoholics and drunkards, there are de-addiction centers, rehabilitation Centers, nature cure Centre’s and many other NGO Centers could be seen at number of places. Such Center’s addresses could be located through search engine websites like yahoo.com, google.com, rediffmail.com etc.
Drunkards can reduce their drinking habits, smoking habits and other narcotic drugs habits slowly, if they want to stop consumption of all types of intoxicated items. Every person has got The God given Will Power.
All the good habits Pay on one day or the other to a person and for bad habits one has to pay the cost at one time or the other.

Anurag Varma, completed his one month tour of America and returned back to New Delhi. Anurag submitted his tour and business reports to his CEO and other connected officials. He applied for one weak leave to relax from his hectic US tour. He enquired about the health and well-being of in-laws, Rani Devi and parents. Anurag took Rani to hospital for entire medical checkup, as Rani was pregnant. Anurag told his parents to look after Rani well. Anurag felt happy for Rani’s promotion as AIG, CBI. Anurag told Rani to slow down the speed and asked her to restrain from over strain and give importance to health. Rani said okay. Both settled in their official works. All the investors in this Agri Gold Company are now confronting troubles in receiving backs their own principal amounts, leave alone interest receiving on their principal amount.
This company made a ‘hands-up’. Likewise, in earlier days, there are many banks, financial institutions that were closed.
For example, Global Trust Bank, Charminar Bank, Prudential Co-operative Bank etc.
These banks were closed or amalgamated with other banks; due to heavy financial frauds & financial mis-management and due to financial loses.
Many of its customers, depositors were put to hardships.
It was a great shocks treatment to depositors by these companies/banks.
Another example, when people trusted Satyam Computers Company through-out the world, this company gone red and was in trouble due to heavy financial frauds and financial mismanagement.
Later, of course, in a slow process, the Satyam Computers Company has been merged with Tech Mahindra Company.
To give another example, many chit fund companies were closed abruptly, duping many of its customers and depositors.
Everybody is seeing in daily newspapers, each day; one company or the other dealing in financial aspect is getting closed due to heavy financial frauds, mismanagement o due to diversification of major funds.
Is there any way out or remedy for the depositor’s money safety in any financial institution or chit fund companies or in any schemes?
Are there any stringent laws that protect customers’ and depositor’s money?
What are the working strategies of the government to safeguard the customers’ and depositors’ money?
When any financial institution or a company seeks deposits from various customers, customers should enquire about such financial institutions credibility, credentials, track record, financial standing and the promoter’s background in the society.
Even the depositor’s need to ask for nationalized bank guarantee for their deposits till the maturity of the deposit time (not private banks guarantee).
Even then, on day or the other reputed financial institutions are abruptly closing their shutters. In this aspect, who can help whom?
How much time it takes for return of deposits with interest from the closed financial institutions?
Even Police complaint given by the customers/deposit holders on any fraud financial institutions, what Police can do except to file FIR and investigate and control the law & order problem?
Police only file criminal and civil cases, 420 cheating cases and various other sections on such fraudulent financial companies. If the case is in Court of Law, it takes few years’ time to receive back the depositor’s money that too in installments.
What are the other remedies for stopping the financial frauds, chit fund company frauds, money circulation frauds, money scheme frauds, consumer goods frauds etc., are to be studied by the government?
Separate suitable Legislation is to be enacted to stop these types of financial frauds.
Trusting a person or an institution whether in financial matter or otherwise is a question for debate.
Sometimes, things move smoothly, though might have small problems here and there. Sometimes, matters flare-up quickly.
Of course, there exists risk, especially in financial transactions.
Without risk there is no transaction. Without risk one cannot do business and earn.
If it is a loss, one has to be ready to bear it.
If it is a profit side, of course, one can enjoy the fruits.
This is like a ‘coin having Head on one side and a Tail on other side’.
It is up to the customer’s wisdom to think twice before making any financial deposits with any financial institutions.
The safest method is to keep money or to make deposits in any nationalized bank or to put in Government Postal Savings Scheme rather than money depositing in private institutions.
Husband trusting wife and wife trusting husband in all the matters including financial matters is necessary.
They have to trust each other.
There is no other go.
It is a family and marriage bonding.
Any financial loses or family troubles, each one has to sort it out all the issues.
If any misunderstandings crop-up, they have to sort it out and solve it themselves.
Of course, it may take time.
But, one thing is sure. A couple coming to perfect understanding after the marriage would, however, takes a couple of years’ time.
It is common in everybody’s family.
In some cases, couple may not get an understanding even after 10 to 15 years or 15-20 years, until then children are grown-up. It is nothing but natural in everybody’s life.
As parents have to trust their children in financial matters, there is no other go.
Even if grown-up children are spending thrifts, parents have to keep quite.
Nothing else parents will do.
But, only at some appropriate time, some type of counseling will have to be taken up, that too depending on mood of their children.
After all one family is working for their children sake. Whatever parents earn substantial money, property etc., is ultimately goes to their own children.
This is common and ‘Rule of Law’.
When a girlfriend trusts a boyfriend in financial and other personal relations matter, it is up to them.
But, careful handling of the subject is necessary.
One has to see that things do not go out of order. If things come to parent’s knowledge, this type of trust, parents have to keep an eye on their activities.
Parents have to keep watch & ward on their movements.
If necessary proper counseling is be given to them.
Many incidents have taken place, where things have gone out of parent’s hands.
Parent’s confronted major problems pertaining to their children. Even in some cases, people landed in police cases, court cases etc.
One should be careful in these types of friendships. So, one should be careful and advisable to be move away from such friendships.

Otherwise, how one CM can handle a State Administration?
CM has to repose confidence on his ministers’.

The contribution of good service from a common man is also necessary to put the State Administration into order.
Common man’s support is needed to any government to function smoothly.
The ‘Government and Common man’ relations should be good and should be understanding.
The Government has to function for pro-poor-people.
These pro-poor-people’s aspirations are to be fulfilled by any State administration.

GOSSIP WON’T PAY
I have on many occasions noticed about people gossiping on waste matters and unnecessary issues wasting their time, energy and money. Many people landed in trouble with this waste gossip. Even, I, on few occasions, confronted some criticisms and landed in troubles, for nothing. Therefore, I would like to bring few incidents to the knowledge of readers.
Self-boasting, gossip, waste talk, unnecessary talk on useless subjects, time pass on political discussions, employees chit-chats, house-wives discussions with neighbors’ in afternoon leisure time, do not pay and make people land in trouble. Some people try to go on speaking non-stop to highlight them as knowledgeable. Some people play politics by mud-slinging on others, for personal gains. Those who do not have work will entangle him or themselves in gossip. It is a habit to gossip with another person without which, a person will not sleep. Most people make gossip. Especially we see all employees chit-chat in offices, factories/industries/banks etc. Of course, in one way, the world of living is with gossip.
Mostly, house wives discuss on many relevant and irrelevant matters in the afternoons. In India, freedom of speech, freedom of expression, freedom of discussion and freedom of wasting time is foreseen everywhere. The average life span of a person is 60 years or could say 65 years. In this first 20-25 years goes to education line. 25-30 years goes to job settlements and marriage purpose. Rest of 30 years or 35 years is spent for children sake and employment, foreign tours, business dealings and for earning money. When these are the tight schedules where is the point for gossip time? In the mean while what will happen to life at what time is not known. The life itself is a mechanical life. There are people who won’t do job, business nor try to work for earning money. Such people do like gossiping, chit-chatting, waste discussions on some other personal, politics discussion and other discussions on gambling. Some people play gambling and gossip too much. Some people do not get sleep till such time their gossip is over.
Way back in 1996, there was one newly set up educational institution MBA College located near to Wanaparthy village of Mahaboobnagar district now, Telangana State in India. I was appointed as Superintendent of this Management college. The Chairman of this college was mid 60’s then. This college had 60 students (25 girl students and 35 boy students). This college had a residential facility and around 15 girl students and around 20 boy students joined this college as residential students.
One Mr Madhusudan Reddy who was M Com, MBA was posted as acting Vice-Principal to look after this college functioning. This gentleman is unmarried and too intelligent. He used to move with students and the Chairman. He too was coordinating with the University officials. He was habituated to tell something to students, something to Chairman and something to University officials. Mr Reddy used to gossip too much with students and behaving like supporting residential students of this college and telling against the Chairman. At the same time in the evenings he used to gossip with Chairman. He used to tell against some of the students and on me. He simultaneously was telling fictitious things on residential students, Chairman to the University officials. Mr Reddy’s habit was to play politics, make gossip and to be in the good looks of all. He never used to teach his subjects. Of course, he was qualified all his degrees in Telugu medium.
He never used to speak in English. He never used to lecture in English. His duty was to gossip, make time pass, discuss things on college politics, and discuss things on unwanted and waste subject matter. He used to get on well by gossiping too much.
Finally, the Chairman, Residential students and I came to know about his political gossip gamble play. On one day, he was removed from the college after completion of the academic year. I too got fed up and resigned due to waste political gossip that was going on the management college.
Many people, politicians in each day gossip with others, elicit information on the current affairs. During the Assembly sessions and Parliament sessions, all the people discuss, gossip and chit chat on many issues related to common man and on the many Bills that are likely to be passed. It is a point to note here. In film field, many artists, technicians, directors, light boys, camera men and others make gossip and chit-chat on many relevant as well as on irrelevant issues. Of course, some people do not involve in gossip and waste time. Such people looks like straight forward. Gossip is like a free entertainment and time pass. Gossip never pay’s. In fact, money will be expended and spent during the gossip time.
Even, on many occasions, I was targeted by my friends during their gossip mela, on many unnecessary and unwanted topics and issues which are irrelevant to them. As an author, I did not understand the benefits of gossip one gain. Once I was told by my friends that certain section of my known friends were gossiping and chit chatting on me on various issues, cutting the jokes with vulgar language. Later I came to know all these things. At that time, my heart broke, I became nervous, I felt bad, I was perturbed and my soul wept. But, I later realized that the people who are entangled in unnecessary gossip are waste people and thought for a while, that those people who gossip do not deserve to be my friends, and from then onwards, I stopped speaking to them and cut the friendship.

But, they are few people who really think about their life very seriously and are always in search of a person, a spiritual guy who could help them to evolve in their life spiritually and move forward beyond many dimensions. These people who are in the second category of people, ever since their birth would like to know themselves i.e. self-realization. But, unfortunately, they are surrounded by thousands of layers like an Onion and at the center of these multiple layers lies the truth, the only truth i.e. the higher self. These people try very hard and climb up to higher dimension, but again they fall down because of the maya or illusion or the other forces who constantly try these people pull downwards.
All the so called gurus and sad gurus the titles given by their immature devotees are themselves covered by thousands of layers of ignorance, desires, ego, anger, falls prestige, and lot of other negative energies. If you are lucky and in the company of a real sad guru who can be compared to an Onion, will help you to shed off these layers surrounding the truth in yourself and this truth can be called as higher self or over self, athma or paramathma and there are so many names in the spiritual language. In our crest of finding out the truth, we should be very careful in selecting a proper sad guru. If you are after a materialistic desire, then you can never get any sad guru, like you need promotion for that the guru has to give you a mantra or tantra, you want your son to get first class for using some tantric powers of your guy, and you want a very big house or a farm house fat salary, all the materialistic pleasure you want in this life, then you can get any guru who is in the quantum state. The one who is in the quantum state is very pure, all of his trillions of cells in the body are very pure and their consciousness always merges with the cosmic consciousness. He is one with everyone and everyone is himself. He is above harishedvargas and his consciousness is full of love for all. He is the one who will be able to guide how to shed off the layers of illusions surrounding the truth and finding yourself in the midst of these layers of ignorance and other negative energies.
In my opinion, I prefer all of us that we should be very careful in choosing the people or gurus or guys or masters. In Tripura rahasya, Lord Dattatreya also advises his disciple Parasuram the way, the guru who could not answer simple question of his disciple is not fit to be a guru. However, silly questions the disciples have must be answered by the guru patiently in a different ways. There is nothing wrong testing the guru and it is not necessarily that he should have only one guru and could have as many as gurus like Lord Dattatreya having so many gurus who have contributed different kinds of knowledge to him. In the present era, we have to be very scientific and very logical in selecting guru and there is nothing wrong that we could also test the guru whether he is really a sad guru or not.

Dr. Vijju Mayya is a very big business magnet, who got well acquainted with all top Political leaders. He took heavy loans from each different bank by falsely submitted fake documents. Raids were conducted at all places as per CBI strategy. Most of the documents, cash, gold, diamonds, silver. Cash bonds, FDRs confiscated by CBI team. All the registers were seized. Bank lockers also opened belonging to Dr. Vijju Mayya and seized all important documents, chips, pen drives, hard disks etc. Dr. Vijju Mayya was not in station in raiding days. He well knew beforehand itself that on one day CBI and other agencies will raid his houses and offices. Dr. Vijju Mayya kept all the important files and secret documents at an unknown place.
He kept the information of his business deals, accounts information, cash deals, ToT, Technical Tie-ups, Agreements in the chips and pen drives with codification. Unless decoding is done, no person on earth can identify the information. Some of the information Dr. Vijju Mayya has kept in Russian and German languages. Very tough job for anybody to identify the information. This shows how Dr. Vijju Mayya is intelligent. He is born to deceive. CBI Squad members also enable to identify what the information is, and where information is stored and the information belongs to which type of business?
CBI raided all the offices located in the country, all raids at a time, and seized various types of documents. All the documents so seized looks to be fake documents. There is no link between one documents to other. It has become a head-ache to CBI Squad.

It became an easy job for Dr. Vijju Mayya, as he purchased, long back, Open Air Tickets and Pass Port, VISA ready for him and his family. It became easy task for him, as he belongs to British citizenship. He traveled in Executive Business Class of British airways. The news spread like wildfire. All the newspapers, TV channels and the entire social media spread and scrolled this news.
"Dr. Vijju Mayya escaped to Britain. He duped all Indian Banks and the Government. He deceived all Financial Institutions to the extent of Rs. 15,000 crore. All Investors drowned in Bay of Bengal. Share Markets Plunged down. All Agents Alert. Government keen on arresting Dr. Vijju Mayya and other Partners."
Finally, Dr. Vijju Mayya Escaped from INDIA. He is a big Fraudster and a Money Launderer. Police and CBI security arranged at all the offices of Dr. Vijju Mayya's Offices. All secret cameras arranged at all the offices. Police observing all people who is coming and who is going. How much the visitors are in office.

Dr. Vijju Mayya at London:
He engaged one reputed and an eminent Barrister (Lawyer) to deal the case to turn into his favor. Dr. Vijju Mayya and his entire family members have British citizenship to stay at London mostly. This citizenship is a full time stay at London. Also, whatever Barriers wanted regarding projected I'm his writ petition, Dr. Vijju Mayya submitted as proof of documents. Our CBI Officials Rani, and our Government underestimated Dr. Vijju Mayya's deals and businesses. Dr. Vijju Mayya is a big business magnet. He creates all fake documents for availing big loans for his business purpose. Most of these documents are fake documents. Bankers are unaware of original fake documents and cannot identify which is original and which is fake. He took government lands for 99 years lease. Converted these leased documents as own documents, constructed own buildings, as if land belongs to Dr Vijju Mayya. Use it avail big loans running into crores of amount. Total buildings he used to run his business offices. Used to convince bankers. Whenever Dr. Vijju Mayya visits India used to acquire ornamental lands for lease, construct them and utilize for his business purpose. There are several banks extended loans to him.
No computerized system in those days. Every system was manual, and accounts used to write in registers manually. No telephone in those days expected. Only telex machines. Even the copies are made through ammonium printer machines. What is happening in one bank is not known to another bank. In fact, branch managers do not know anything in those days. Dr Vijju Mayya took advantage of these lapses and utilized the opportunity of availing big loans. He is a Big Shark.

Rani CBI is submitting all the document evidences, information related to business to the CBI Court from time to time. Dr. Vijju Mayya accredited persons information is being submitted to the CBI Court, regularly. The court also issued 'Red Corner Notice' stating that he should surrender CBI Court forthwith. Lest, he will be issued non-bailable warrant. Even if he does not surrender stipulated time, the CBI Court planning to issue 'Shoot at Sight' orders on Dr. Vijju Mayya. CBI Court is very serious on him. The court also issued notices to all the business people connected to Dr. Vijju Mayya's businesses. Even bank official also served with notices by the CBI Court, to report as per date mentioned in the notices. All these are financial civil and criminal cases which takes much longer time in CBI Courts. As per arbitration of an institution, people who are involved in these cases are jailed after the Court Judgement. All the money, properties of defaulters sureties are confiscated by the Court to enable remit sale of property realization proceeds to Bank and adjust towards outstanding loans. Even people are jailed for many years if their involvement is proved. Sometimes courts may not decide fast in such civil and financial money laundering cases. All these things will take its own time. In the meantime, many offenders move in this world as they like. Until cases are proved offenders and defaulters are free to move as per certain section of civil procedural code of the Constitution.

He stated that he will permanently live in London only and that he applied for Insolvent petition (IP) India Supreme Court that he went into business loss. He stated that his debts to Indian Banks be treated as bad and doubtful debts. He stated that he cannot pay any more. He also stated in his writ petition that his loans be written off and he is Helpless in repayment of loans. He also stated that he paid more taxes to India Government than his loans. All his loans were recovered through taxes only and that the taxes in India are very high.
Dr. Vijju Mayya Argument:
He stated that, Banks can sell his properties to recover his bank loans. For this he has no objection and for this he can give a press statement in this aspect. He reiterated that he cannot repay any bank loans and RBI to waive-off his bank loans, as one time opportunity. He also stated that RBI itself is printing crores of rupees every year and his loan debts are very small to India Government and RBI.
All these things, Dr. Vijju Mayya has started in his writ petition in Supreme Court of India as well as in London Court petition. He stated that Law if Land Rules are different in India and London. The treatment meted out to financial fraud cases and money laundering cases are different from India an London. Indian Rules and Legality system is different, and London legal Constitution is different. A person cannot face two legal constitutional cases in a case like civil and financial cases.
Dr. Vijju Mayya had a sigh of relief about his statements given through media. He thought that there is no danger of any deportation to India as the case in London Court is live. These things have been told to Dr. Vijju Mayya by London Barristers. British Barristers also told that these types of financial cases can't be decided by London Court so early and it takes many years to these types of cases. The past cases like this financial aspects took even 10-15 years’ time. Even he gets a negative Judgement in his case, he always has an opportunity to appeal to higher Court and thereafter can go in for Review Petition at London. This is the confidence of him.
Barristers of Dr. Vijju Mayya told that there are several thousand cases pending in British Courts and such cases are not decided early, as these cases are civil cases. For this reason, on Dr. Vijju Mayya has engaged an eminent Barrister by paying huge fee. He was also told by Barristers not to worry anything and that he will be at London only, till the Judgment is delivered by London Court. Dr. Vijju Mayya policy is that he will not refund any loans to any bank, but he will spend more amounts towards Lawyers fee and for business work-out. He further said that he will go for World Bank loan for his new Projects.
The mind set of Dr. Vijju Mayya is clear and evident from his statements. He is a perfect business magnet. He said that he is even ready to take loans from Lord Liberal. People are getting doubts like this. He has born in Earth, as a cursing man from his last birth. He deceived crores of amount to India. He is not an ordinary person. What a brain. His brain will be purchased even by other advanced countries for research purposes, when he dies.
Everyday his news is read in newspapers. His news is flashed in all TV channels. Rani, CBI, and Squad members unable to judge the mind set and thinking if Dr. Vijju Mayya. Rani, CBI, estimated his potentials. People are unable to understand whether he is a lucky man or unlucky person.

British Government urged to deport Dr. Vijju Mayya:
An advice has been made to British Government to deport Dr. Vijju Mayya because he is involved in civil and criminal cases, apart from financial frauds and money laundering cases. His dues to various banks exceed to Rs.15,000 crores, and each day interest being added to his principal amount. As per both countries’ government Agreement, a financial Fraudster is to be deported to India due to the prevailing cases pending in Courts. Already many cases are in Courts on Dr. Vijju Mayya and since he escaped without the knowledge of Band Management and the Government, he be deported to India forthwith. The advice has been made to British Government regularly. His case is also in CBI Courts and that his presence is essential for financial frauds Investigation and interrogation purpose. Lest, his outstanding loans will be increasing sky high each day by way of interest accrual.
This information has Rani CBI, knowledge. Rani and Squad members kept all the documents pertaining to Pass Port, VISAs and Authority Letters from various Ministries, to leave for London in this case. Dr. Vijju Mayya further stated that Jails do not have proper toilets, sanitation, TV, No newspapers are served, no proper food will be provided etc. Moreover, he had his entire life lead a luxurious life from his childhood and that in the Jails there will not be any luxurious life for him, even if he pays to Jail Management for his facilities. He further stated that Jail inmates be provided good facilities and they need to be allowed to lead a good and luxurious life, if they remit any fee or charge towards facilities so provided. He also stated that he will be moved from one jail to another in the name of security and that his and family whereabouts will be lost in due course during his shifting from one jail to another. Jail rules are cumbersome and tough for inmates, told Dr. Vijju Mayya in his writ petition at London Court.
Another thing he said that in case he is jailed, how he will be able to do business, when he will be able to earn profits and when he will be able to clear his business back-log debts. Therefore, he be given opportunity further to do his business and thereby he would be able to repay the old loans with interest. All the Business People have outstanding loans and dues to various financial institutions including Banks and that Banks are there to extend loan Facilities. Also stated that there was no specific time duration to repay the whole loan. But, he said that if business continues progressively, bank loans are cleared on time. But, he said in his case, the business in India went red and that there is no sight of paying back at outstanding dues to Banks.
Dr. Vijju Mayya mentioned all these points in his petition at London Court and the Court is studying all his points.
He further stated that in business, profits one won't expect as they like. But, many department officials demand money to overlook business transaction deals. For all these issues, where from the money is to be paid? Moreover, many political parties demand party funds and for all these purposes, where from the money is to be made? All these points have been brought to the notice of London Court Judge to decide the matter in his favor.

Further, Dr. Vijju Mayya told London Court that, in India there are several scams took place and that his case is not a scam and only a bank loan defaulter, but. as like others, he could not repay the bank loans since he has become Insolvent and that he filed the Insolvent Petition in the Supreme Court. Bank defaulters are not financial fraudsters nor money laundering criminals and that he is only a Bank Loan we. Dr. Vijju Mayya stated that if the case is in the court, then interest in principal amount cannot be imposed on the original principal amount. But, each day Bankers are adding compound interest in my loan. This is absurd, said Dr. Vijju Mayya. He further stated that nobody in this World are financial criminals but, by certain sections brand people as Financial Fraudsters and criminals. This is not a correct approach by the Bankers and the Government.
London Court News:
In London Court, the case if Dr. Vijju Mayya is adjourned each like, as like other financial related civil cases. There are several writ petitions filed by Dr. Vijju Mayya. As it looks, all these cases may not come to a stage for hearing in the London Court. There is possibility if cases getting judgement in a day or two in India, but, in London Court, it is not possible, especially in Financial Civil Frauds cases.

Rani CBI thought that if this case comes to a stag, she will be a happy Lady in this World. If things favor her she can bring Dr. Vijju Mayya to India. At London Court, this case has come. On that day, everybody was at the court premises. The Judge of the London Court has passed an Order that Dr. Vijju Mayya be sent to India for three months for India Government to interrogate him at CBI Courts. But, the Judge also passed the Order that, Dr. Vijju Mayya be not tortured, his family members be given full life security, while interrogating at India, a Lawyer, Doctor, Dr. Vijju Mayya be made available. Also, he be interrogated in Camera view. All reports be prepared on daily basis. He be not kept in Jail. One Guest House be made as Jail and full security be provided to him and his family members. Good food and other facilities be given to Dr. Vijju Mayya.
Dr. Vijju Mayya be sent back with escort to London and he be dropped at his London house after completion of his three months given time. This was the Order passed by the London Court Judge.
This opportunity Rani CBI has taken it as a challenging one and immediately with all the orders if Court, and with other documents, Dr. Vijju Mayya and his family members were arrested and immediately flown to India, after getting all the emergency Pass Port, VISA documents completed.
Rani CBI, and Squad and Dr. Vijju Mayya landed at the Mumbai Airport from Air India Flight. At Airport heavy Police bandobast and security has been arranged never like this. CBI Court Proceedings and Arguments:
Dr. Vijju Mayya case file Proceedings and Arguments commenced. Rani Devi, ADSL. Inspector General (CBI), has produced all the relevant and related documents, evidences and registers to the CBI Court through CBI Lawyer. Dr. Vijju Mayya has been under interrogation every day, outside his home-like-jail and in CBI Court. CBI Court is looking into all aspects of documents, Agreements, shareholders details, partners details, sub-contractors’ details. Total information is being studied by CBI Court official where, the judge, Lawyers, Public Prosecutor, CBI Officials including Rani Devi and Squad Members were present.
Actually speaking, it is not possible for CBI Court to give a Judgement in this case, as this case is if high gravity and involved in more than Rs. 10,000+ Crores. In fact speaking in reality, for CBI Court cases, there will not be any closure of CBI cases, Ines it comes to CBI Court purview. It is very difficult to come to conclusion in three months’ time as D's been given time limit by the London Court. Our Judiciary working system, Law if Land Constitution and legalities are different. It is out if question for Dr. Vijju Mayya going back to London after three months’ time. A Big Shark caught by CBI never let off. Everyday CBI Court Proceedings are going in. The case if Dr. Vijju Mayya is in the CBI Court purview.
For Rani CBI, there is some relief and sigh of relief. Government also felt happy on Dr. Vijju Mayya's arrest and brought over to the country for CBI Trial purpose. Our Government has given Promotion at once to Rani Devi, as Inspector General (Investigation), CBI and posted to Prime Minister's Secretariat as Officer on Special Duty (OSD) and Advisor to PM. This news spread like wildfire. All the TV channels flashed the news. All newspapers covered this as a Special News.

Rani, Anurag and entire family and friends were happy on this note. This looks to be a big achievement if Rani, IG (CBI). Everybody surprised and astonished about Rani getting elevated to IG position and her further posting as Advisor to PM.

Rani's mind was that she must still help and support poor children and people through an establishment of an NGO called MY FLOWER TO YOUR HEART. It has been the long-cherished dream of Rani and her mother Kousalya. Rani thought that her services towards the poor will be a meaning to life. The activities, Rani wanted to commence are as follows:

12) Naturopathy Exercises Center.
13) Home for Blind Children.
14) Home for Deaf and Dumb Children.

RANI DEVI - Submission of NGO Project Report:
Rani Devi, IG, CBI and Advisor to Prime Minister, has submitted a Project Report in her NGO Establishment to the Home Ministry and Social Welfare Department and to the Prime Minister. Rani Devi, IG and Advisor, has sought for Five Acre land for this NGO set up. Name if NGO is: MY FLOWER TO YOUR HEART. All details of this NGO Project with cost analysis has been mentioned in the NGO Project Report. Rani Devi further stated that, she will contribute some money to start with and sought the help of Government and the Social Welfare Department for helping the NGO financially. Also, Rani Devi said that she will seek the donations from Philanthropist's, Corporate Houses, World Funding Agencies in this regard with the prior approval of Ministry of Finance, RBI, and Home Ministry without violating FERA and FEMA Rules. This NGO Project details has been floated to all the concerned and well-wishers. This is also a very big task, Rani Devi has taken up, out of her personal interest. For this, approval and related permissions have come positively with encouragement and appreciation. As expected, Rani Devi Advisor to PM, has been allotted 5 Acres of Land at Bengaluru outskirts. Rani Devi started commencement of works like, levelling the ground, construction of Buildings as per approved plan, and setting up of various activities, one by one. For each activity, each separate room, Library, Swimming Pool, Schools, Sports complex, Indoor Stadium, Open Air Theatre, Gym Hall, Music Learning Home, Dining Hall, Class Rooms, and what not. Rani's mother Kousalya, Father Nischal Rao, In-laws, are the Board of Directors and other Panel Members are from the Social Welfare Department Nominated People.
The desire and dream of Rani Devi's Parents have come True. Everybody happy. All the NGO works and activities one by one are taking place. Rani Devi took all permission, approvals from the Agencies concerned to run this NGO "MY FLOWER TO YOUR HEART". Things are moving well, and all the activities are moving well.
Rani Devi Zn Advisor to PM - Retirement from Service:
After few years, Rani Devi at 60 years retired as usual from Service after attaining the superannuation. Also, Anurag Varna retired from his position. He became a private Consultant and dealing his own subject. But, Rani has devoted her full time towards working in this NGO. Everybody's support Rani I'd getting for running this NGO. Things are moving well and smooth.

Dr. Vijju Mayya Jail Term:
After few years, Dr. Vijju Mayya has been imprisoned for 20 years Jail Term. His wife also jailed for 5 years. Dr. Vijju Mayya has not been sent to Britain (London), despite British Court appeals through diplomatic sources. The CBI Court further ordered that after completion of Jail Term, Dr. Vijju Mayya and his wife can leave for London or Britain. Whatever properties Dr. Vijju Mayya has in India, were sold through Public Auction, and adjusted towards Bank outstanding loans. CBI Court has seized Dr. Vijju Mayya and his Wife's Pass Port and other Travel related documents.
The Government has appreciated Rani Devi's dedication, hard work and commitment towards her service to poor people through NGO, has given Padmasri award. One of the University also awarded Doctorate to Rani Devi. She also got a special award from the President of India as "LADY OF COURAGE". Henceforth, Rani Devi has become Dr. Rani Devi. This is a great achievement. She got all appreciations.
The Government and Social Welfare Department have come forward to help the NGO in all respects. The Prime Minister has sent a special Letter of Appreciation that Dr. Rani Devi is referred to as a Motivational Lady to "Youth of India". Dr. Rani Devi has concentrating on the NGO and working hard for poor an unaffordable children/people. All are Happy.
