An Open Window

An open window of the corridor,

Reminds me some more;

View from my window pane,

Brings a smile on my face;

That Chestnut Tree with strong roots,

Was like an old man in a long boots;

Walking down the street,

Exploring it, was like a treat;

Preserving it's picture in heart,

Filling it's fragrance within heart;

Fountains stand firm there,

Water gets sprinkled everywhere;

Peace beautifies it more,

It's a fairy land, to adore;

Yesteryears with endless stories,

Sums up with my cherished memories;
