It would have been an hour since everyone in the family had dinner. The head of the family was Robin who used to work in a small organisation in a nearby town as a General Manager. The family included his wife, Sarah and a 9 year old daughter, Niasha. Robin was always concerned about Niasha. He worried about whether she had slept well or not or if she was anxious about something. So every night Robin went to check whether Niasha had slept or not. That night, as usual, Robin went to check on her.

As soon as Robin entered the room, he saw Niasha sitting on her bed trembling furiously. Niasha couldn’t speak a word. Whenever she tried to say anything she quivered even more. After a moment she said in scared tone, “Dad, there is someone under my bed.” Knowing that it was kiddish, Robin knelt down to check. But to his surprise, he saw a look-alike of his own daughter Niasha under it. She was also trembling hard. She also said in a scared tone, “Daddy, there is someone on my bed.”

Suddenly Robin woke up from his dream. He thanked God for making it a dream. Just to recheck that everything was okay, he went to check Niasha’s room. When he entered her room, he saw that everything was okay and Niasha was sleeping peacefully. Robin came out of the room and quietly closed the door behind him.

When he entered his room, he saw his wife trembling. She said in a scared tone, “Robin, there is someone under our bed.” Robin remembered the dream. He knelt down and saw a look-alike of his wife. The look-alike said, “Robin, there is someone on my bed.”

In a hurry, he ran to his car and jumped in it. His wife and daughter were in the car. His wife said, “We have to leave now!” He looked out his window and he saw the most unexpected thing. His wife and daughter were moving their hands to and fro at him and screaming in pain and said “ Please come back.’’ He turned back to the back seat of the car but his wife and daughter were not there.

“This incident was disheartening and I never saw my father and mother again,” said Niasha closing a diary and talking to her children. She had named her son Robin after her father and named Sarah after her mother. “Now I stand with no fear and I am still trying to find them.” “Who mommy?” said Robin. “The people your grandfather was confused with,” said Niasha. “I don’t get this, mommy. Were you the fake one or the real one?” asked Robin, confused. Niasha did not answer him. She just smiled.

There was a big round of applause. Saksham stood up from the chair and held out the book - ‘Who are you?’. People stood in long queues to get Saksham’s autograph on the books they had purchased. A lot of people came and went. At last, there came a little girl. Saksham asked “What is your name, cutie pie?” “Niasha. My name is Niasha and I am 9 years old. This is my father Robin and here is my mother, Sarah.” “Nice name!” said Saksham signing the first page of the book. The next year he published a book named ‘I met my book characters!’

“Ah! Finally, my summary of my biography is done and I am good to go. What shall I name it? The life of a superhero-IN HIS OWN IMAGINATIONS .” said Saksham on his ventilator with a laptop in his lap.
