With a Sun burnished skin and black long bread of hair neatly tied in a ponytail, the girl had another charm. when sunlight fell over her eyes, they used to turn into the light shades of brown with another spark. Her cheerful face buried inside her the deepest secret. It was in grade 8th, where she was taught about what is reproductive system and what are exactly those things which her mother referred to as dirty and once slapped her and shut her mouth for forever because she told that one of her cousin's brother tried to touch her there. After all what her cousin brother told came out to be true," Don't tell your mother or she will scold you and slap you" and that happened.

She was punished for doing nothing. Bhavya was just five-year-old, she told her brother to stop cause it was paining. She let out a low scream and asked her brother not to do it but he said it's nothing, it will take just a few minutes and if she will behave nicely she will get chocolates and chocolates are her favorite. This is disturbing her and tormenting her heart from the day she realized that what was going on with her all those years. She probably hates her mom for this and why not she had all the reasons too. If her mother would have told her about what it is all maybe it wouldn't have never happened with her. she feels dirty whenever her past rushes through her mind. She hates her village, the village which contains her many childhood memories including that dark memory too. However, she couldn't do anything she has to live with it all her life. Her best friend Tanya shares each and everything with her and Bhavya too has shared everything with her except this." what will her best friend think about her, maybe she will break with her and they will never be friends again" these question always storm her mind. How mean of her she even keeps secret from her best friend even when they promised to say everything about each other.

However, she is happy for one reason that when she is going to grow up, she is not going to let it be the past of other girls. She is going to speak for girls she is going to impart them sex education and tell this country that talking about sex is not a taboo.

"However it's really hurting to see, some parents and society also prevent girls to walk out of the house out of this fear but where will they keep their girls from those who are inside the house. Girls are not allowed to walk late at night cause they can be a rape victim but what about inside the house, why there is no rule for inside the house?? should we run from the house too and live in an annexure because inside or outside both are same or should we just don't take birth at all cause "if there are girls there is rape", Bhavya was awake up from her tumultuous thoughts by her friend Tanya who came to her house for studying and sleepover. Bhavya smiled at her brightly and tried to concentrate on the book with her big dream to make this place a better for next generation girls. After all we can't let past repeat itself.
