Those bouvlevards weren't that mesmerizing days back. But now they seemed splendid and yes he was enchanted by an unknown spell. Was it the reminiscing of her presence?

He wanted to know more about her. "What would be her ideal weekend? Would she prefer to have a cup of coffee or tea? Would she prefer to speak for star trek or star wars?"

She had a bright complexion, with shoulder length hair, curling down her cheeks and with an elegant smile. It was a rainy day and she stood there near the shop that sold groceries. He was a writer who spent his evenings beside the cafe near the shop.

She stood silently with her eyes glued staring at the bouvlevard opposite to the shop. 365 days passed by in a similar manner. His eyes transfixed on her and her eyes glued at the bouvlevard.

He gathered courage and asked her, "May I know your name. It had been more than a year that I have seen you staring at the bouvlevard. "She stood there without noticing his presence.

"Do you like the picturesque sunset?" he asked her.

"No",she replied.

"Do you love the tall trees that lined the street?" He asked gently. She instantaneously replied a "No". Everyday thereafter he waited for her return but in vain. His past hit him back and he understood the pain of waiting. He had made a person wait endless and subvertly he felt karma is a cyclic process.

It rained and he felt it a parody..
