The Journey Of Biscuits

Children and their teacher are sitting in their classroom in a free period that suddenly Miana gets a question! What's that question? Read on to know...

Miana: Mam, Biscuits are very tasty but from where we get them?

 Emma: Yes mam! We get different varieties of biscuits but how and where they come from?

  Jason: It's quite simple, We get biscuits from supermarket!

  Teacher: No Jason! We get biscuits from factories! Do you all want to know how biscuits are made in the factories? 

  Everyone screamed," Yes!!"

   Teacher: Okay so today I will tell you the Journey Of Biscuits! The biscuits which we simply get in the supermarkets have came across a long journey and it also had much hardwork. So in factories how are biscuits actually made?

   1. Getting a recipe is most important, Different factories have different different recipes of their biscuits. 

   2. Getting the ingredients or the things that would go in a certain biscuit is the next step.

   3. Then weighing of ingredients is done. This decides how much of each ingredient is to be used.

   4. Then everything is done by big big machines, ingredients which were there are mixed and preparing a dough is done next.

   5. Kneeding of Dough is next step.

   6. Then rolling out the dough is done. 

   7. After that the dough is cut into biscuit shapes.

   8. Then baking the dough shapes in an oven is considered as the next step. 

   9. Cooling of the baked biscuits is done next.

   10. Next step is verifying or checking, that if the biscuits are baked properly or not. If anyone is damaged it's immediately taken out from the perfect biscuits.

   11. Lastly, packaging of the biscuits is done and then these yummy biscuits are sold or transported to different supermarkets and we get our favorite biscuits! 

   Miana:The biscuits which we eat daily have really covered a long way!
