The Door Unlocked

NEEL and Sheel were twins, so they were in the same class and section. But the only difference was in their behavior Neel was strong and intelligent so he was confident in every activity be it playing cricket participating in every activity and he was also a good orator. On the other hand Sheel was a shy and introvert like his name. Whenever Sheel tries to speak something in class Neel was always ready to speak on his behalf. Neel over-enthusiasm made Sheel more introvert. He began stammering and so less confident. Though their parents loved both of them equally and Sheel and Neel were their stars of both eyes but they were not able to Sheel confident enough.

When the twins passed the sixth class and came in seventh class they got separated section when class teacher MRS. Neetu Sharma came in Sheel's class and as she was new in school she asked the students to introduce themselves. When it was Sheel's turn he began to stammer and could not complete his name sweat came on his face his eye was downcast as everyone was smiling at him Sheel was not able to look at the teacher. MRS. Sharma was a kind lady she decided to make Sheel confident. As it was the first day monitors were appointed when the boy's monitors name was announced everyone was surprised to hear Sheel's name. Sheel himself was surprised tears came into his eyes he even couldn't say thanks to the teacher and the class . Words came at his tong but refuse to deliver. Mam called Sheel near her and asked what is disturbing him. Sheel never heard such sober and soothing words he gained his confidence and this time said clearly no problem mam.

Teachers kind words created magic. He began taking interest in his surroundings and became popular in class. One day mam announced that the Model of United Nation will be held in school and asked Sheel to participate in it. When Neel heard about it he shouted 'Are you mad? how can you? you even can't speak properly in class ' Sheel became nervous and went to the teacher to tell her that he is not participating MUN. the teacher thought for a minute and asked Sheelto right all his wishes on a card wrote his wishes on a card and submitted it to the teacher. Teacher read the card being a good speaker was Sheels first and last wish.

The day of MUN. came and when it was Sheel's turn Sheel came on stage and surprised everyone with a fluent speech. After delivering his speech Sheel paid a special thanks to his teacher. MRS. Sharma was proud of her student's performance. And another door opened.
