The Carlas’ Story

Once upon a time there was a little kitten, named Carla. Her owner, Kevin, abandoned her a few weeks before as his wife, Sofia, doesn’t like kitten or cats at all. So, he had to choose between two, Carla or Sofia. So as the human tendency Kevin decided to choose Sofia and abandon Carla. It was hard for him, but he was forced to do so.

After a month, Carla lost her tendency of being a soft and polite pet and chose to become one of them rough and tough, stray cat. She stole food from shops to survive in this self-oriented world. She sometimes gets caught by shopkeeper, and think what worst thing could happen with her? Only get beaten up by the keeper.

One day, she was sleeping under a cottage when a little girl, near about 7–8-year-old, sat near the Carla and tried to touch her. Carla was aware that she won’t be hurt by a little kid as being a pet she had met many children. The girl touched Carla under her neck. She felt very relaxed and calm. The girl asked her mother to keep Carla as her pet. She agreed.

The girl’s name was Kenny and her mother’s name was Sana. Their family was a pet or animal lover. They had many animals. Carla felt Kenny’s home as a heaven. She made many friends there. She had her best friend there named Sarin. He was a Persian cat.

After meeting Sana and Kenny and becoming a member of their family, she led a very happy and peaceful life.
