FEELING OF BEING SEPARATED

The life has been tough for all of us. But our greatest fear forever will be being separated. Separated from family, separated from friends or being separated from society and world. But what if I will tell you about a person who had overcome from this greatest fear?

In 1991, a boy born in a rich and wealthy family. He was named Neville. After his 7th birthday, he was feeling awkwardness from within himself. He was much attracted to the dolls than that of the cars and video games. He was in habit of using his mothers’ cosmetic products than that of dads’ deodorant. His parents were not noticing it as they both were very busy in their jobs.

                                                                                                  

On his 13th birthday, his parents asked him what he would like as his gift. Neville replied, “I want a doll house.” This was the moment when his parents realized about his strange behavior. After that they paid a lot of attention to Neville’s behavior. They were too worried about him.

One day they took Neville for a DNA test. After a few days the report came. They both were shocked when they saw the report. The report shows that the boy was a gay. Belonging to well known family, they were afraid that, if the society somehow gets to know about this, they would be disrespected. They decided to continue his studies till 10th class but by homeschooling him.

This was the time he began to realize that he is a strange kid and therefore he is kept away from society and world.  His parent didn’t told him that he is a gay.

When he completed class 10th, his parents told him. He was that much grown up that he could understand what they were talking about. Neville was surprised and asked him parents why they don’t him about this earlier and what he is going to now. They both were mourned for a moment and then they left the room without speaking a single word.

A month passed and he hadn’t seen the world that is outside that room. All the essentials that were required for his living were sent to his room. He started feeling that he had been quarantined from the outer world.

One day he got an idea to start his own community in which he and others like him will be communicating with each other to support themselves in this harsh time.

Neville started it with his few friends that were in contact with him through laptop from last 3 years. Within a week 5 more people joined the community. They all decided to name this community “PeerSouls”. In a time span of 1 month there were more than 50 peers like him in the community. He spent most of the time in community, sharing his feeling to others. He also created the website by taking the help of his school friends to support as much peoples as they can. He became much popular in that category.

As he became popular, it was obvious that his parents would soon get to know about this.

One day when his Mom was scrolling her X account, she saw that community. It was having blue tick. When she opened it her reaction was like that she is going to burst out in tears. She told about it to Neville’s Dad. They both were feeling proud on their child. They ran towards Neville’s room, opened its door and hugged him. He was shocked at that moment and can’t speak a single word. When he came back to his senses, he quickly asked, “What happened?” They both were crying and started saying sorry to him.

Soon he realized what were they apologizing for. After that he also hugged them. His life became normal. He went out of his room and saw the outer world after a long time. He was too much happy.
