I held you to my heart. Embraced the moments of nothingness. Your chin on my shoulders as if you could listen to what I could not utter. Just you and me. You realised the truth but you put your own colors. Colors that defies every truth. For me, it was a pain to depart and for you, it was just silence. You took it as nothing happened and when somewhere I felt it in my eyes. What connected you and me was so divine I couldn't just let it go.

You built your world so innocently that "Papa had just gone out to buy vegetables". Knowing I couldn't carry my baggage just to buy vegetables, you preserve the moments as if it happens. To every knock on the door, you would have thought and asked your mom "Has Papa come?". "No he hasn't", mom said to herself without looking at you. You turned to your chores and started conversing with lifeless precious belongings and toys. So precious I preferred it and how inane you believed it. I felt it within and choked many times and you taught me how to let it go.
