Long Drive

Jasmine thought of going on a long drive. It was a new moon day, a very scary night. People believed that going outside on a new moon night is dangerous. The souls who didn't found salvation become more powerful and dangerous on a new moon night. Jasmine was non - superstitious. She didn't believed in all this. She took her car and left. She went on her favourite long drive road. It was construction going on her favourite road. She saw a small road just besides that road. Jasmine remembered that her mother told about such road which is haunted. Now, Jasmine became very curious to find what's haunted and weird in that road. She turned her car and went to that road.

That road was very deserted. But Jasmine was enjoying the ride. Suddenly she saw a woman who was wearing white gown, the woman was seeming to be tense. The woman asked Jasmine for lift. Jasmine said, "Where you want to go?" The woman replied, "Just pass me this deserted road." Jasmine agreed to her. After some time when Jasmine saw in the mirror, she saw the woman turned into a dangerous looking woman. Jasmine was scared She cried,"Ahhhh!!!!". The woman said, "Don't worry!!! I'll not harm you. I only harm people who didn't give me a lift. Some months back my child was having a fever. I was busy in my office work, I somehow finished my work and headed towards this road.

That time this road was very busy. I asked everyone for lift, but no-one gave me a lift. After some time I received a call that my child is dead. I broke completely. I gave my life in the nearby well. But I want to give my child justice. That's why whoever comes on this road I ask him lift if he didn't give then I kill that one. I'm dead. But didn't found salvation till now. Nowadays no-one comes in this road but you came. Now my child got justice and I found salvation. Thanks!". Saying this the woman disappeared. Jasmine said to herself,"It's good that I gave her lift otherwise she must have killed me!!". Jasmine told everyone that the road is now free. The woman also found salvation. Jasmine was very happy. She returned her home.
