Language Challenge

Emma and her friends, Julia, Monica, Misty, Olivia, Mia, and Isabella are going to Aurora's home to play with her. Emma ranged the doorbell. Aurora opened the door. She was delighted after watching her friends.

Emma: Hello Aurora!

Aurora: Hii everyone! Come on! Get in!

Olivia: What's going on Aurora?

Aurora: Nothing! I was just doing a timepass!

Mia: Hey everyone! Do you all remember today the teacher told us that we should try to learn a new language or atleast to learn something about different languages!

Monica: Oh yes!

Julia: Guys! We're just doing timepass only so instead of that let's play a challenge!

Isabella: A challenge?

Julia: Yes! A Language Challenge!

Misty: Great!

Aurora: But who'll make us do the challenge, I mean if all of us will play then who'll be the host?

Aurora's mom: I will be hosting your challenge!

Emma: Great Aunty!

Mia: How will you host the challenge Aunty?

Isabella: Yes! We all have the same doubt!

Aurora's mom: Hmm. You all firstly have this juice and these yummy cookies and till that let me prepare for the challenge.

The kids drank the juice and ate the cookies and till they were completed, Aurora's mom was ready with her preparations!

Aurora's mom: Okay! You'll now listen to me very carefully! I'll write something in a particular language on this whiteboard! There will be two teams and each team will get one- one chance. Any of the players of their respective teams can guess the language in which I've written something on the whiteboard and if possible you will try to guess what's written! Each correct guess of the language will give a particular team 1 point and if any team guesses what's written in that language will give the team 2 extra bonus points. At last, whichever team will have the most points will become the winner. The winning team will get the Winner Cards! Understood?

Aurora: Yes Mom!

Julia: Let's distribute the teams!

Isabella: Please let me! Team A will have:- Me, Aurora, Julia, and Emma. Team B will have:- Olivia, Mia, Misty, and Monica 

Monica: Great!

Aurora's mom: Shall I start?

Everyone: Yes Aunty.

Aurora's mom: Team A will guess the language first and will try their best to explain what's written in that particular language.

Aurora's mom wrote something on the whiteboard.

Aurora: I know this! It's Spanish! 

Aurora's mom: Correct! And what's written?

Isabella: I think I am a woman.

Aurora's mom: No! It was very close, it's I am a girl!

Emma: Ohh... Well Done Isabella!

Aurora's mom: It's Team B's turn now.

Aurora's mom wrote:- 私は勉強するのが大好きです

Olivia: It's Japanese!

Mia: Yes!

Misty: But what's written?

Monica: I don't know!

Olivia: Same here!

Aurora's mom: It's Japanese! You're right! But you could've guessed what's written! It's written I love to study.

Mia: Oh...

Julia: It's French.

Isabella: It's written My favorite color is pink!

Aurora: Right one!

Emma: Yup!

Aurora's mom: Correct! Let's go to Team B.

Misty: It's Korean! But what's written?

Monica: It's, I love dancing! Actually, I'm learning Korean nowadays!

Olivia: Your knowledge is great!

Aurora's mom: Monica and Mia are correct!

Aurora: It's Russian!

Aurora's mom: What's written?

Isabella: We don't know.

Julia: Correct.

Aurora's mom: It's Russian but actually it's written, I have a school bag.

Emma: Ohh. It was tough.

Aurora's mom: Yes ofcourse! Now it's the final one for Team B and Team A your chances are over!

Julia: Not so soon!

Aurora: Come on Julia! We'll do another challenge soon. 

Isabella: Yes!

Emma: Okay! Now give chance to Team B.

Mia: It's Italian! I read it in a book that we use "sono" in Italian.

Monica: What's written then?

Mia: I don't know!

Olivia: Ohhh... Same here.

Misty: Same.

Aurora's mom: It's written I'm sad.

Olivia: Ohh...

Aurora's mom: It's time for results! In the first round, both the teams got 1-1 points. In round 2, both the teams got 3-3 points and in the final round, both got 1-1 points. So, it's a tie! Both teams scored 5-5 points. And as promised here are the winner cards for everyone! Congratulations! And see you all soon, we'll play another challenge soon:)
