Sandip is 7 years old boy. He is the only son of his parents who are well established and educated. For the entertainment of Sandip, his father gives him the book of Indrajal Comics to see and enjoy the fictitious characters created by Lee Falk & Dan Barry, Walt Disney etc. viz. Mandrake, Flash Gorden, Phantom, Gooly Gooly Witch, Casper, Naughtynom, Micky Mouse, Oliver Hardy, Donald duck etc. His mother also provides him cassettes and videos of those characters to be played on the computer. Sandip was so interested to read and view such comics that he forgets his dinner. As he was an English medium student he took more interest to enjoy the stories. He was also an intelligent student. After completing his hometasks he likes to entertain himself with these American Comic's at night almost daily. He was excessively fondled by his parents who never want to make him sad at any cost.

Once during X mas holidays, he started viewing those comic videos so ardently that he slept with an empty stomach that night as his parents had been to a friend's house to attend the marriage anniversary. So Master Sandip began to enjoy a romantic dream in his sleep. He dreamt that he was flying in the sky waving his hand's over-dense forests of Bangalla were the Phantom, a Ghost who walks lives in the Skull Cave, the secret hideout behind a waterfall. He was holding a magic wand given by Mandrake, the Sorcerers. He used that wand and chanted the magic word " Kit fus" as instructed by Mandrake to cross along the waterfall. Then he reached the cave and got in. While he spelt the magic word again he became a giant man and sat on the throne of Phantom. Phantom was resting inside the Skull Cave and his stallion grazing nearby the waterfall. Then Phantom came out of his hideout and asked Sandip, " Who are you, Naughty man? How do you dare to sit on my throne? I will punish you " Though Sandip became a giant his heart and mind were little. So he started weeping while he saw the masked head and body of Phantom whose eyes were covered by triangular specs. He trembled with fear and again he swirled his wand. By the magic power Mandrake came on flying and the Phantom was subdued. He could not do any harm to Sandip. The magic power of Mandrake lifted up Sandip on his back converting him into a macaque and flew away.

Mandrake after carrying Sandip on his back placed in an old deserted castle. Again Sandip was changed into a stout king wearing royal robes and with a crown on his head.  After a while, he was taken aback while he saw himself on his bed. It was dawn. His parents had already returned home and they were still to get up.
