Clever Parrot

Once up on a time in a village there lived a person named Ramanujan. He used do farming for his livelihood. He was very nice person and he has one parrot as his pet. He loved the parrot very much and he gave nice food for the parrot. Ramanujan has the habit of attending seminars on philosophy. 

One day there was a seminar on philosophy in a city, so he decided to travel to the city with his pet parrot. He put the parrot in a cage and he started to the city. Parrot also knew his master was a good person. In the travel parrot asked his Master one question "when will I get freedom". Ramanujan was surprised but he has no answer.

He attended the seminar and before returning he went to his Guru and asked him parrots doubt. His Guru became dumbstruck and he fainted by listening to Ramanujan's question. Ramanujan got frightened by seeing Guru and he ran away to his village with his parrot. 

Parrot asked Ramanujan what answer Guru gave for his question. Ramanujan replied very sadly his Guru was dumbstruck and fainted. Next day as usual when he opened the parrot's cage to give fruits, he saw the parrot was fainted. He was worried that the parrot was no more and he took out the parrot. As soon as he opened his parrot ran away. Then he understood his Guru's answer.

Next time when there was a seminar Ramanujan went to meet Guru. There Guru asked him how was his parrot. Ramanujan explained how parrot got free from him. Guru was very happy and praised the parrot and told Ramanujan that he didn't understood what he did but the clever parrot understood and lived happily.
