Children Are Like China Clay..

She looked wide eyed at the sugar spilt on the floor. Why does it happen with her always? With bated breath she waited for the voices to come"Clumsy " ..."cannot do a single thing properly"..."why can't you be more careful"..."her hands are so shaky"...blankly she looked at everyone...helpless..teary-eyed...hands literally shaking...heart-pounding...she runs away to the secret corner of her room...where no one will see her..no voices...no rebukes...no sarcasm...

But always wondering "Why does this happen to me?" I try my best to be careful...remind myself not to do it again...but then....it still happens!!!

Never rebuke children in front of people on their weakness. It etches on their heart. They slowly become a bundle of nerves...lose confidence in themselves...get withdrawn and become introverts. Some things just happen and are beyond their control. Some children are lost, dreamy-eyed and they tend to live in the world of their own. If not taken care of gently they will never come out of that world as it makes them feel secure and protected where no one will judge them,
