On a summer evening, the pristine river allowed the ripples to spread away circularly. The sun's rays bounced off the surface of the river to reflect the glittering waves around. The picturesque jungle laden with lush green trees offered a visual treat to the tribes. Scorching heat roasted the green grass stamping its hegemony over the jungle. Cooing birds composed music to disseminate harmony in the jungle. Head of the tribe, Mani conquered the jungle with his inexorable valour and charisma. His son Muni was touted as his next successor. The jungle tribes venerated the head for his meticulous administration. Happiness and peace had prevailed in the jungle and everyone's faces flushed with joy. No unnecessary fights, no floods, no earthquake, everything was going hunky dory.

The British cops visited the jungle and they frowned at the brown people living over there. They launched an assault on innocent men and women without any reason thereby misusing their power. The jungle tribes had no ammunition to fight the British cops who used guns and other machinery to kill many people including the head Mani. After causing serious casualties they retreated to the city. The jungle tribes who lived peacefully till then couldn't grapple with the sudden attack which took them off guard. Muni couldn't fathom the death of his beloved father on whom the entire responsibility of the jungle lay. He was reduced to tears since he was seriously affected by the relentless atrocity of the British. The innocent men and women lying motionless covered in a pool of blood sparked the anger within him. He vowed to destroy the very core of the British who had occupied India. He took the blessings of his mother and set off to the city to confront and destroy the British to avenge his father's loss.

Without any ammunition, Muni came to the city shaving his beard and moustache so that he remained unrecognizable under the eyes of the British. He did a recce around the main office of the British to understand their working pattern. The Queen named Eliza was the head of the administration through whom main orders were passed. She had a doting eighteen-year-old daughter named Sasha. Muni racked up his brains to come up with a perfect plan to trap the British. His modus operandi was to abduct Sasha and take her to his jungle. Then to took assistance from the adjacent jungle tribes to trap and kill the British in their jungle. He knew the plan involved risk and even a small lapse would put him in grave danger. He did not care about his life after seeing his people butchered to death for no apparent reason. Vengeance stamped its authority on his mind.

One day, Muni hid behind the banyan tree waiting for Sasha to arrive at the college. Clamour took over the college as the students hustled and bustled their way into the college premises. Sasha arrived over a car that had a driver inside. As soon as the car stopped at the vicinity of the college gate, Muni pulled open the door and kicked the driver out before pushing himself inside. He stomped on the accelerator and zipped through the main door amidst the complaint and roar from Sasha. He bounded her hands and legs when she began hitting him with a bag.

"Who the hell are you? Where are you taking me? If my mother gets to know this, you will be bludgeoned to death," she warned him but to no avail.

Things took a wild turn when a group of cars engulfed around to cease the movement of his vehicle. It dawned upon him that if he surrenders, it is all over. So, he stomped on the accelerator and drove at a breathtaking speed dashing the other car into pieces. Other cars quickly chased him as it was their duty to get back to Sasha where she belonged. Luck seemed to run out when Muni saw the police checking all the vehicles before letting them go. When his turn came, he quickly switched the gear and elevated the car in a trajectory to avoid collision with the lever. His luck ran out when a hail of bullets kept on hitting the car eventually stopping it. The cops caught hold of his collar and dragged him straight to the queen. She slapped him multiple times until her anger subsided. They tied him to a pole and lashed him repeatedly until blood spewed out of his body. He was pushed into a jail to nurse his wounds. His plan fell flat. With doors secured and flanked by security, Muni understood that his fate was pretty much sealed. As a token of punishment, one of the security underwent plastic surgery to resemble him. He marched into the jungle and killed Muni's mother and his other acquaintances which shocked the village. They thought Muni had gone rogue and was responsible for the casualties. To make matters worse, other British cops erased the essence of the jungle by setting it on fire. The mutilated dead bodies of Muni's family were placed in front of him to break him into tears.

"This is what happens if you try to mess with the British. Let the wave of pain engulf you and let you be burnt by its flames," the queen let out a roar that reverberated through the cell.

Muni couldn't hold back his tears to see all his family members and others erased to nought. He became a loner now with no support whatsoever. Is he going to rot in jail and die with his thoughts or avenge the colossal damage done to his tribal community? Nothing seemed easy now.

Muni blamed himself for what happened to his tribal community. To see the corpses of his parents in front of him is the worst thing that could happen to a person. Day by day his health condition deteriorated. Gripped by depression he contemplated suicide to end this painful stay once and for all. His thirst for vengeance did not dry but he had absolutely zero chance to take revenge.

One day when Muni decided to bang his head over the wall he saw a small hole that materialized at the side of the wall. He had not seen that hole before so wondered what was in store for him. The whole got bigger every day stirring his curiosity and, subsequently, a voice emerged stating that it was from his jungle community. Two people had survived the attack and they joined with other jungles to go for an all-out attack against the British. Muni closed the hole by keeping a cloth as a camouflage to ensure nobody peeked at the hole. On a Friday evening, when the security guards had slipped into a slumber, he sneaked through the hole to reach the other side. He evaded the prying eyes of the cops and joined his community. By hook or by crook, the war looked imminent. All tigers, lions and elephants were prepped up for the war to go for the kill against the British. Subsequently, other jungle tribes also joined hands to reinforce the strength of the community. The British had no clue about the storm lurking ahead. They gasped for breath when they realized that Muni escaped from the jail. The queen issued an order to shoot him at sight. Consequently, all the cops dispersed in different directions to shoot Muni. At this time, all jungle tribes launched a full-blown attack on the British. It escalated into an intense fight. Tigers, lions, and cheetahs used their claws as leverage to tear open the British security force. Casualties happened from both sides but the British suffered the most since they had not predicted the war. The jungle community fought with renewed vigour which was a testament to their perennial strength and courage. They even set ablaze the ammunition that had assisted the British in every brawl. Pandemonium engulfed around and the queen now had no protection. She begged for mercy but her irreversible savage actions did not help her cause. Tiger was let loose to pounce on her. It tore her into pieces thereby ending the British rule in India. The jungle community gained a huge respect thereafter for their incredible feat.
