Aurora: The swimming star

Aurora loved swimming from her childhood. She was so good in swimming that she had participated in many swimming championships and also won them. Aurora now was a well trained and professional swimmer. Recently, Aurora had won "The National Swimming Championship". So, her family decided to give her a surprise "Success Party." They started doing all the arrangements very nicely. 

Next day, when Aurora woke up she was surprised as her room was decorated very nicely. She also saw a letter on her side table. It was as follows:

Dear Aurora,

We are very proud of your victory in the National Swimming Championship and organising a success party for you. On your dressing table we've kept your dress, wear it and come in our swimming area.

Your loving,

Mom and Dad 

Aurora read the letter and grew very excited and rushed to her dressing table for her dress. The dress was really pretty. Aurora dressed herself and went near the swimming area. The pool was completely decorated with fairy lights. The whole swimming area looked magnificent. There was also a stage which had a chair for Aurora and also all her medals and trophies were kept there. Aurora was very emotional, she hugged her parents. The guests began to come. Mr. Robert also came with his small puppy" Tommy". As they entered in the party area, some water was spilled there and Mr. Robert lost his balance and he fell in the swimming pool along with Tommy. Mr. Robert didn't knew how to swim. He screamed," Save me!! I'm drowning." The small puppy Tommy was also drowning. Ofcourse dogs can swim but Tommy was a newly born puppy and the swimming pool was very deep too. Both of them were drowning. Aurora saw them and without thinking anything she jumped in the pool. She swimmed and swimmed and finally reached Mr. Robert and Tommy. And she saved Mr. Robert and the innocent puppy. Mr. Robert thanked Aurora for saving his life as well as his puppy Tommy's life. Aurora's parents were at the top of the world that time. They were very proud of their daughter. Aurora was also very happy. Now, Aurora cut her cake and became more confident for her future endeavours. 

This story told us that whether you're extremely good at anything but if you utilise your that skill for just your fame and benefit then it is useless but if you use your skills to help someone or even save someone, then it is the biggest achievement for you.
