A Sudden Earthquake
A Sudden Earthquake
It seemed like any other ordinary day. The students were enjoying their lessons in their school. Suddenly an earthquake struck. Everyone started running out of the building. Mary was also about to run out when she thought that she had heard a small child crying. Mary was frightened. She knew that there was not much time, if she tried to check if there was a child trapped and she maybe got crushed if the building collapsed then? Then Mary thought that maybe the child would be in danger. Mary's friends were running and calling her to run with them as any time the building would collapse. Mary couldn't understand what to do. She thought that if she went near the child and her life came in danger then? Mary suddenly saw her mother when she closed her eyes.
She said," My Mary is very brave. She will never leave anyone in danger and never ever a small child who has done nothing wrong.!" Hearing her mother, married gained confidence and she ran till where the voice was coming and she saw a little girl of kindergarten crying," Help, help! Mom!" Everything was falling. Mary reached the girl, took her hand in her's and both of them ran from there. Mary was feeling like her death was very close to her. Mary was whispering," Mom, Mom, Mom!" and somehow Mary and that little girl crossed the entrance of the school and reached where all the students and teachers were present and what? The school's building collapsed and the earthquake suddenly stopped. All the parents had reached in school for their children and so was that little girl's mom. That girl told everything to her mother about how Mary saved her life. That girl's mother hugged Mary and fell in Mary's legs. Mary said," Elders don't touch youngers legs! You're like my mom! Mom never grates her daughter, she blesses her! Bless Me!" Mary's real mom was watching all of that. She reached Mary and hugged and kissed her many times. Mary told everything deeply to her mom of how she said to her when she closed her eyes and how she helped that little girl. Mary's mother was proud of her of how her daughter overcame her and courageously saved a little heart.
