Darkness surrounds me.

Anxiety hunts me down.

Fear follows me wherever I go,

What else do you want to know?

There's nothing left.

I've lost everything in a stupid quest.

Marigolds are weed to me,

What else do you need?

I know, there's no turning back.

Too late to find that I've lagged.

But memories don't leave me,

What else will it take to heal me?

Dreams are just a clever cage.

I'd be forgotten as one turns the page.

I'm opaque, untouched by rays,

What else should I say?
