Unrealistic Beauty Standards
Unrealistic Beauty Standards
My mother always said
Don't go here and there in the sunlight
Because I am dark
They don't know the colour and the look doesn't matter
But they always want to show standards.
Unrealistic beauty standards never matter
Life is unpredictable and nothing at all.
From face cream to wax for body hair removal
Nothing is important in life
Fat, thin, ugly and beautiful are just a thought
But nothing matters in reality
Keeping my body tone safe
And the complexion of my body
Never meet my goal
People always paint pictures of perfection
That I will see Only in my dreams
I want to hide behind the curtain of false perfection
Based on looks and shallowness
No one can grow this society
All are humans and all are God's child
Some are fair and some are dark but no one is wild
So don't embarrass me for my beauty standards.
