Decided to write The Last Poem about you

Tried to say a goodbye for my inspiration 

Who’s been an unknown person for them

But meant the most for the heart of I

You were and will always be the mystery 

Everyone is searching for within every lyric

Between the lines and the end of a rhyme

With your name hidden inside the poems

Blindness found in the heart of them

Reflected to be in the eyes and mind

Them thinking me hating your presence 

Is better than them knowing the love

I have inside all of me for your own self

Perfections mixed with the imperfections 

Make the best of you inside my soul

While my imperfections are covered up

With every smile you draw on your face

Truths have been said as never before

Without the frightening feelings in me

Maybe we are not to be or it may be

But one day I will proudly say

You were the reason for the perfections
