The Pleasing Sacrifice
The Pleasing Sacrifice
A mother has many roles to play,
But has to a big price to pay.
Daughter, sister, wife,
Without her incomplete is everyone's life.
There is soo much to thank her for,
But we have words no more,
Her disappointment, her struggle, her pain,
Results in children's gain.
Her love, her mercy, her care,
Can never put us in despair.
Her duty is twenty four seven,
In her company we find heaven,
For her, her children's happiness is what matters,
And what we kids do to get our things done from her is flatter.
Nothing does she expect in return,
Except for our love and concern.
Her nature is filled with surprise and advise,
We should never forget her pleasing sacrifice.
